I had a quick response to my email regarding subscriptions and was given concise instructions on how to cancel my subscription

I think your software required me to DESELECT subscription and in so doing it seemed like a trick. I was surprised to find that I was on a subscription that I did not choose. Too bad because I might have been an occasional customer. But 4 weeks later when I got another shipment without my knowledge it cost me $23 USD to send it back and delete my subscription.

Swift response was fantastic and options available to me was appreciated. Also the fact that the info I needed was included within the email.

I had a query with my subscription so sent a message quite late in the evening and within an hour I had received a reply that was very helpful and gave me options and explanations of how to go about dealing with things once I had made my choice. Love Sassy Saints stick-on gels. They have such a good choice of colours and seasonal nails and so easy to apply.

Lizzy was very helpful. My order is taking quite some time to get to me, hopeful it will arrive soon, but Lizzy responded very quickly and provided all the info I needed.

Waste of money ! Poor product - not all nail sizes fit. The end result looks plastic & the glue on nails ripple & peel off
