If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve trusted this company for almost 10 years as a travel RN . When I say they had impeccably customer service and delivery . But I think they are now under new ownership and phew when I say don’t deal with them I mean it. Here goes , they accepted my offer to ship my vehicle and even had a fake driver call to confirm . Why the day before scheduled pick up they called and price gauged me for $1800 more !! Then told the dispatcher they can pick my car up on the 3rd when it was confirmed for the 10/2 pickup , WHYYY Because my flight was scheduled for 6:15AM on the 3rd. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! Please they will just stress to your move !! AND NURSES RUN DONT WALK RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND THIER LIES !!

Melissa with Pride car shipping is the bes. She met our price request best she could and made process smooth for us. Will not hesitate to take loads from them.

Scammers, unreliable scheduling, price increase after low quote, VERY bad customer service. DO NOT USE this company.

Gave me a great price. I signed the contract and provided my credit card for $200 deposit once the driver gets here. A day later the price doubled. When I refused, I was threatened that I will be charged the $200.

Jennifer took control of us needing the car in a tight turnaround and multiple options falling through - she helped push to get it here and it ended up being delivered a day before the deadline. I would definitely work with Pride again - because of Jennifer!

Don’t use this company. I waited two days from signing contract and had to contact them several times to finally get a response just to find out they still didn’t have a carrier lined up. Jason is a scam artist always working the angle with price increases. They were not the cheapest rate and not the highest. But they were the most dishonest out of all the companies I contacted. They should be shut down. Use at your own risk. If you are not a lawyer or have one in the family like myself they will do all they can to take advantage of you.

They are a scam. I booked Pride Car Shipping with Marc Anthony two months prior to my pick up date of August 17. The first driver no showed then Mark Anthony told me I needed a special open trailer and my rate would go from $1600-$4000 which he took a higher deposit at that time. I was left with no other choice but to go with the higher price, I needed to transport my car. The next day, a small enclosed trailer pulled up. It did not even fit my nvehicle. Pride Car Shipping had to cancel a second time. I asked for my refund and went with another company. They refused to give me my $1450 deposit back because they said they had 4 to 5 days to keep trying to get me a transport vehicle. I let them know there is no way I'm trusting my vehicle with their company or whoever this Marc Anthony is. Stay far away from them. They are a terrible service and they are a scammers and crooks. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They lowball the quote to sign you up and then double or triple it after wasting your time "searching for drivers". Jenifer Keeler is sketchy just playing the empty promise game to try stall and make you desperate so she can raise the price. She got me a driver at double the quoted price, he was a no show for 3 pickup appointments (wasting the sellers time) and then finally canceled so she could start "shopping" prices for another driver and start the week long process all over. Pride Shipping and Jenifer are just the typical sleezy middle men playing delay games to squeeze money out of people.

This company is the absolute worst to deal with. I contacted them a month prior to shipping a car from Ca to Nj. Cost was. $1700. I emailed and text along eh way to make sure they had a driver. I was told several times “Yes. We have a driver and all is good”. These scumbags waited to the very last day to come back and tell me it was not going to be $4700 to ship. They lied the entire time only to railroad me at the very last minute. I have proof of all the texts back and forth and contracts. I would never ever use this company. They are not even worth the one star.

Company stolen money , nerve contract this company , 07/03/2026 I contract ship my truck $700 and after him say $1400 and I say if $1400 I cancel and this company charge me $200 from my credit card and I call him why charge me $200 because I contract only ship $700 , this company stolen my $200

Pride Car Shipping was helpful in getting my vehicle safely to its destination ahead of schedule. Kyle was cooporative and kind throughout the process, I would definitely recommend!

Working with Jennifer Keeler to find a driver that was compassionate and patient to help my senior relative at the pickup location. The driver worked with my relative and stayed in contact with me. Jennifer did the same. I didn't have to call for updates.
