I need this paid or I need a refund I sent the request to have my rent paid at Westrun Apartments in Morgantown, WV. Paid my first installment but the card has not been funded, I have gotten no answer on the delay other than their systems are down?? there seems to be an option to pay the 2nd and 3rd installment conveniently enough. My rent is now late and paperwork for eviction has been done. If I'm lucky this will get handled before any court costs against me are given.

Still have not gotten refund they keep saying system glitch going on 60 days. Will not do anything fix it.

Uploaded my bills September 26. It is now October 13 and absolutely nothing. Over 2 weeks. I have emailed with no response. I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank and the BBB if my funds are not processed by the 15th.

Edit 10/13/26: This company knows who I am, I have the emails back and forth for two months. Please keep review up.

Nearly two months later, PayLaterr still has my $443.31, and I have received absolutely nothing in return.

I paid for a service that was never fulfilled. Since then, I’ve received excuse after excuse, including canceled payment requests, temporary system issues, promised refund dates that came and went, and now supposed problems with their payment processor.

Even my own financial institution has been unable to successfully connect with this company to resolve the dispute.

How does a business continue accepting customers’ money when it cannot deliver the service or issue refunds?

I have contacted PayLaterr repeatedly, filed a BBB complaint, and opened a dispute with my bank. Yet I’m still fighting to recover money that should have been returned when the service was canceled.

This entire experience feels like a scam. The lack of accountability, constantly changing explanations, and failure to refund customers raise serious concerns about how this LLC operates.

I am demanding the immediate return of my $443.31. Not another promise. Not another excuse. An actual refund.

BUYER BEWARE. I strongly recommend avoiding PayLaterr based on my experience.

I have already made the first payment maybe 2 weeks ago and my funds are still not loaded! Not only that I emailed and haven’t received a response. Do not use this company.

Company is a scam. Waited 7 days for them to load card that they never loaded. They waite until you make first payment to then tell they need a pay stub. Don’t know how I missed the reviews before attempting this. Stay away from this company, there are robbing people. Hopefully some law enforcement come shut this operation down.

I have written a positive review for them before but my last bill was never paid.

I've been using the company for a while with no issues. They switched to using a virtual card to pay the bills, which was supposed to be better. My bills weren't paid on time. They said there was a glitch in the system. No problem. I used again with no issues. They changed their subscription costs and said bills will now be paid within 5 days. I uploaded my 3 bills and made my payments on September 23rd. It is now October 10th and I've already paid my 2nd installment on all 3 bills, but my card has yet to be funded to pay my bills. I've emailed several times and received no response. I've called the number that is supposed to allow you to talk to a human, but it always goes to voicemail. I now power fees on my car payment, and my insurance is at risk of being canceled. This is horrible. All I want is for my bills to be paid.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I have had a dispute with this company since August 2026. The funds were never issued to me to pay my bill. They removed their customer service number from their website and only have email contact. They are unresponsive and never respond. I reported this to my bank and STILL waiting for my charge to come back almost 2 months later. DON'T DO IT!!!

I finally got a response. Appears their excuse is that the systems have been down. I sent an email to info at paylaterr dot com and got a response in like 5 minutes and my refund is coming back.
My original review was removed for some odd reason.

Beginning think it's fraud and it needs to be reported to authorities. AND still demanding a second payment for a bill they never paid.

Still no response from email, text or call.
Funds were to be released on 10/6, it’s now 10/9 and my second installment payment is due this Monday 10/12. Hopefully since I haven’t received anything, the payment won’t be pulled. At this time I just want a full refund and to close the account completely. STAY AWAY SO YOU DONT END UP LIKE ME, dont lose out on money and face a disconnection notice.

Nothing since 9/29. Bill supposed to be paid on 10/6 so this is 9 business days. The original email stated 5 days. Funds left my account right away though. Just looking for some communication. Already have late fees.

Since then I have gotten one email that system is down and that’s the delay. Planning on filing criminal charges Tuesday after holiday weekend.

It is now the 5th business day and my card is still locked. I have received no updates via email or text and now my car note is past due. I’m so frustrated. That’s a lot of money to pay to just get stuck in a loop hole. I feel like everyone else i should have read the reviews. This company needs to be shut down. This is a scam.

I've emailed multiple times I've paid 9/23 and sent paystub9/29 its been way last the day 5business day timeframe and i still have not been funded it's now October 7th extremely unahppy feeling scammed

Literally the worst choice I could have made. I was trying to get ahead and split my car payment, instead I’m not further behind because my bill was never paid, and I have yet to receive a refund as promised.

I paid my money, a total of $269, and I have been emailing this company every single day trying to get this resolved. They promised me the money would be made available on the 23rd because of an error on their end. Since then, I keep receiving the same repeated responses with no real solution.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They take your money, make promises they don't keep, and then act like they have no responsibility for fixing the problem. Meanwhile, my car payment is now a month late because of this situation. Do you think this company is going to pay my late fees? No, they won't. They won't even honor what they already agreed to.

I'm beyond frustrated with the way this company treats its customers, and I'm seriously considering retaining a lawyer to see what options I have. I wish I could post screenshots of the emails they've sent me so everyone could see the ridiculous responses for themselves.

This is unacceptable. When a customer pays their money, they deserve honesty, accountability, and a real solution, not endless excuses. They have no problem taking your money, but when it's time to take responsibility, suddenly nobody wants to help. I would strongly think twice before doing business with this company.

I set up to pay my electric bill through Pay Laterr on Setember 30. I paid $251.65 and on their site it says it is paid within 5 business days. Today is business day #6. STILL NO PAYMENT. I really wish I had read up on this farce of a company before I followed through. That money could and should have gone to pay the bill.

The other thing is terrible is the customer service. There is practically no way to contact them and they are slow in responding especially to question regarding THEIR commitment.

I am going to somehow pay this bill and move on from this company. I am requesting a full refund and a cancelation of future payments.
