It was a very simple and straight forward order, installation and tutorial after install.
The system itself is good so far and easy to operate.
Engineer on site had good recommendations to change the order to suit the house better.

The company are easy to deal with and explain the process step-by-step.
The installer, Johnny, was very professional and down to earth, very easy to talk to and extremely tidy in his work and professioinal.

The sales person Charles was helpful and professional when discussing the system specification. He also ensured that the system was installed before I left on holiday, even though this was within their installation lead time. Johnny who installed the system was friendly, efficient and professional. I tested the system the following day and received a phone call a minute later from the monitoring people. Overall, this has been an excellent experience. I recommend Network Security for their service and value for money.
