We have used Felipe twice and we have been very pleased with his excellent service. He responds immediatly and gives multiple quotes in a seamless fashion. He is expert an explaining about the different aircraft options which was helpful in making quick decisions. We will certainly use him again!

Flight # 1: A mechanical problem created a need for a backup plane which was done with only a few hours lost. Very good "recovery" to a bad situation; all other aspects of the process and flight were excellent.
Flight # 2: Everything again excellent, including a good landing by pilots in bad weather conditions. Intend to fly with Monarch again.

First off Tramy Tran is absolutely amazing. She celebrated our first trip on Monarch Air, with legs of our travel, with the most gorgeous charcuterie boards and meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits and crackers. Unexpected but greatly appreciated. She always accessible, always more than willing to help, and carries through with thorough and clear communication. She is just a gem.

Shay was fantastic. Needed something the same day for my family and I. She wasted no time and got us on our way. Great communication. Highly recommended.

Five stars for Tramy Tran and Monarch Air Group.
We chartered a one-way flight from Miami to Quito for a permanent relocation, traveling with our two dogs in the cabin. That combination, international, one-way, and with pets, turned out to involve a lot of moving parts, and Tramy handled all of them.
What stood out most was how she responded to questions. I asked a great many of them before booking, some of them quite technical, covering aircraft and operator details, safety certifications, insurance, and the arrival procedures for bringing dogs into Ecuador. Tramy chased down every answer, went back to the operator and the ground handler when she did not have one, and never once made me feel like I was being difficult. On a trip this size, that kind of patience is worth a great deal.
The flight itself was wonderful. The crew were outstanding, genuinely warm with the dogs, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy. Both dogs traveled comfortably in the cabin with us the entire way, which was the whole reason we chartered in the first place.
If you are relocating internationally with pets and wondering whether a charter is worth it, it was, and Tramy is the person you want arranging it. Thank you for everything.

Great service by Harrison. He provided multiple quotes on different airplanes and worked with us to meet our budget and logistics. Quick and easy booking, signing and payment. Flight was onetime and with a very nice airplane! Would use them again!

Josh Bronstein was about the most professional one can be. We had to make some last minute decisions to fly home a day early due to the impending storm on Nantucket island. Josh not only delivered a jet, but also before hand provided us options.

The customer service and the friendly reception and experience from the pilots was over and beyond. I highly recommend this company for future travel. They did not disappoint whatsoever.

Need a sixth star to properly give accolades to Monarch. We were in Nantucket. Had a great time but ready to fly home. Our flight was canceled. 8 people stuck and needed to get home to work kids etc. I called monarch and was so fortunate to get connected with Anthony. He has a plane for us fueled and ready in a few hours. We were home in no time. The plane was immaculate pilots were aces and we got home quickly and comfortably. I HIGHLY recommend Monarch.

In a short time frame, you Made it possible for us to take this short leg trip and for me to attend a conference I had wanted to attend all year long. The flight arrangements were made in 2 days!

The pilots were great-- the trip was very smooth and beautiful geography seen out the window, the touchdown on time and the one hour trip passed very quickly. The baggage was handled well so I didn't have to worry about getting the three large bags and long box into and out of the plane as a woman that's incredibly helpful!

I find it easy to get the correct ticket for my next journey because of alerts and notifications about dates. There is a good selection of last-minute tours too. I have been using the service for years and am very happy with it.

My domestic connection was cancelled from Newark after a 10hr delay from Milan. I was desperate to get to Cleveland the next day with another flight to Cleveland impossible because of so many cancellations. Arthur was my next call, he swiftly found me a jet. He was professional and was on call during the entire process. I am very grateful to him and Monarch for getting me home swiftly and safely. I would use the team again and highly recommend them!
