Very attractive rental conditions
Very attractive rental conditions. Debit card + no deposit is a huge advantage over competition.
Price itself was very reasonable.
The staff was very polite and straightforward as well.
Both check-out and check-in were done smoothly.
Highly recommend renting a car with them!

The car worked well with no problems
The car worked well with no problems. The most important thing was that the man at the counter was so nice and helped me out of a jam. I had booked at another place and had put the wrong date on the reservation and so when I got there they did not have a car for me. I went to the Enterprise booth almost in tears as we had just traveled almost 12 hours fron the US via Rome. I just needed a car and he was so kind and got me a car and a kleenex. I wish I had his name just an older man on Sept 23. I am sure you can identIfy him. Please recognize him some way, he was my angel. Thank him again for me.

I paid a deposit for a full tank so I wouldn't have to look for a gas station when returning the car—this was recommended by the counter staff. I returned the car with half a tank of fuel, but I wasn't refunded the money. It is a poor service that rips off the customer; do not use this service—it makes no sense.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Easy pick up and drop off of a fantastic car and we were very lucky to be given a free upgrade of the vehicle. A lovely jeep which drove very well and was in excellent condition. Fab experience all round and we would definitely use the company again. Also polite and helpful customer service staff. Thankyou.

Bad experience and I have used LocAuto about 6 times in…
I have used LocAuto about 6 times in the last 18months. Generally they are good.
Because of a mix up in my booking they sent me back to the office. My sister who traveled with me is unable to walk very far asked for a chair to sit on or car to sit in while she waited. They refused to help and were in my mind quite rude. Not what I would have expected. God help you if you are disabled!
