Extremely professional. They have great movers who can do the task in a professional way. Only thing to know is they charge for 3 hours even if the moving took 2.5 hours. The customer pays for it. so would be nice if they managed it with their employees and customer pays only for the actual minutes taken.

I had to move my whole apartment with very emotionally (and economically) valuable furniture and the guys did an amazing job. Very professional, careful and effective work.

Very positive experience. The two guys who came were friendly and very considerate of our belongings. They arrived on time and did a great job. Good customer service before, as well. Highly recommended!

Team Frank is Very efficient, quick and kind. Of course, nothing was broken or missing, and they handled everything carefully. They were kind and friendly people, and I was able to finish my hectic move comfortably and efficiently.

Team Tom was hard working and careful with our things.

Worst Service. After a smooth booking process, everything fell apart. Arrived 3.5 Hours late, in the evening rather than during the day as been booked. Took about 6 calls to just get them to go out. Then proceeded to arrive with only two guys so two of us had to help them load the truck. They damaged some furniture and then finally overcharged us. They also seem to publish a fake trustpilot score on their site. Don't use them.

Worst experience ever!

Amateurs as hell, never showed up. I would never recommend using their services.

Worst experience ever, we called 2 days before to make sure everything was confirmed on their side, which they confirmed.
Then the D-day, no sign from their side, we tried to call x times but we ended up as number 3 in the queue for over 1h.

This company is a joke.

My movers showed up on time and got the job done quickly and well, also super friendly and had good conversation during the drive to my new apartment. I've moved many times in my life and it's always stressful and tiring, but this was the easiest time I've ever had on move-day and the price was super reasonable as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make their move in Copenhagen seamless.

Not punctual. And very costly. They were supposed to come a day earlier but they did not manage to come even in the time-frame of two hours. I wasted my whole day waiting for them. So I had to accept that they come next day as I did not have any other option. I had to vacate my apartment in two days. I didn't have time to search for another mover.

They charge per hours so they work very slow to keep increasing the time. I had to pay around 6500 DKK for moving 16 boxes, a bed, a table and a sofa. Previously, when I had moved the same number of items, I paid only 3000 DKK for almost same distance between the apartments and movers had finished the whole work in just 3 hours. The only difference wss that I had agreed the whole amount in advance.

These people arrived at 9 am and finished at 14.15. They charged 995 dkk for 6th hour eventhough it was only 15 minutes past 5 hours. In whole time the movers took break for atleast 4 times. And each break was atleast for 10-15 minutes. Yet they did not consider it in the amount. Logically it should be 5 hours minus 40 minutes of break.

I have learnt a great lesson to never hire for per hour basis and especially not from this company.

I am giving 2 stars only because atleast the 2 guys they didn't break anything.
