The ordering process was straightforward and the bike arrived safely. Once I started using it, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the C11 rides. The acceleration is strong, it reaches 25... See more

Fast support
Fast, friendly and competent support to fix a little Bug on my Bike - good experience! Thx
Definitely worth it
Since day one I´m very happy with the Fiido C11 - its features, its comfort, its looks and easy of ride. Definitely worth it. The bike in itself is a very good product and their customer service its priceless.
I bought my fiido bike 12 weeks ago
I bought my fiido bike 12 weeks ago. It took 3 weeks to be delivered and another 3 weeks for all components to be here. Then the bike worked for 3 weeks and now it is broken for three weeks. Something with the charging system. All together it is a cheep option if you do not need a bike - or something you will regret and get angry if you don't like conversations with AI chats.

The Fiido support team are excellent
The Fiido support team are excellent. No matter how small or big an issue is, they always find a resolution. The 2 year warranty is great on my C11 Pro. It's a solid bike which has done almost 7k miles in under 2 years!
Excellent bike and good customer service
The Fiido City Bike 11 Pro is a solid, well-built bike with a great battery life. The battery holds its charge really well, and the bike feels reliable and well made. When I had a question regarding servicing, the required replacement part was provided and shipped to me quite quickly. I’m very happy with both the bike and the customer service. Highly recommend!
UPDATE - Avoid, disaster company and bike
Avoid: Fiido shipped my replacements to the wrong country twice and made it my problem
The worst after-sales experience I have had with any company.
I paid €1,279 for a Fiido X in March 2025. Since then:
• The magnetic buckle fell off on day one. A replacement was promised in April; the tracking number arrived in mid-May, after they asked for photos of a part they had already agreed to replace.
• The motor and display cut out on hills, with cars behind me. Their verdict: "normal." Then: "not a malfunction." Then: buy a different model. Meanwhile they kept asking me for Trustpilot reviews in exchange for coupons, while my complaints were still open.
• December 2025: the bike died. It took ten days to get a first reply. I told them repeatedly that I live in Spain. They shipped the replacement display to Italy. Their solution: "Do you have any friends in Italy?"
• In January an agent thanked me for confirming my issue "has been resolved satisfactorily." Nothing had even been shipped.
• After months of fighting, I paid €200 extra for a different model, the sturdiest I could find in their range. They sent it to the same wrong Italian address. FedEx says "signed for," but the proof of delivery shows only a city name: no name, no address, no signature. I have paid for a bike I do not have, and Fiido's response is to ask me to chase whoever might have taken it at an address I left long ago.
Fiido is based in Hong Kong with no legal address in Europe. My small-claims case in Spain was rejected because of that, and the Hong Kong Consumer Council tries to contact them and they don't even reply to them.
Fiido makes the mistakes. You pay the consequences. Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to lose your time and your money.
On October 10 I gave Fiido's management written notice and a deadline to respond. I will post their reply here.
UPDATE OCTOBER 12 , after this review, got promised that I would finally get bike sent. Let's see...

These are a genuine 5 stars
These are a genuine 5 stars. I work as a newspaper delivery person, and the Fiido T2 has reliably carried me over 10,000 km. My job really puts the bike through its paces—constant stop-and-go riding, often combined with heavy loads. This is truly the gold standard for cargo bikes! Of course, issues do arise eventually, but customer service (I dealt mainly with Zed) provided effective and helpful solutions. In short: I’m a Fiido fan and I’m happy I bought the T2. 5 stars—top-notch!
Not functioning battery
I ordered a cargo bike on September 2nd; it was delivered quickly on September 15th (reference FR202625032). After assembly, I discovered the battery wouldn't charge. I contacted customer service about this on September 18th. After numerous email exchanges, constantly sending videos and photos, and waiting for replies, I finally received a new battery cover. I had to install it myself, forcing the battery open to do so. Once installed, the new cover didn't solve the problem. The battery still won't charge. I need a new battery. I followed up with customer service via email but still haven't received a reply.
As of today, October 9th, there is still no new battery. On October 4th, I received a reply from Todd, telling me I first had to send the faulty battery to someone named Navid in Germany before I could get a new one. I had to pay for this myself—costing around 30 euros—and would then be reimbursed for shipping costs by Fiido. I subsequently discovered that it is illegal to send such a large battery via regular mail. I contacted Fiido again on the 4th, still no response.
I bought a new bike with a non-functional battery, and almost a month later, there is still no solution. They respond to Trustpilot reviews within 12 hours, yet their customer service is a disaster. Please come up with a solution!

I have the C21 since February and it is…
I have the C21 since February and it is a solid great bike, with a long range on the Eco mode but the ability for more assistance when needed (for less range). Fiido support has also been very responsive with updates about a replacement part, and sending a light extender cable - to customize my light position. The only issue is that I wish this was made in a shorter size. As someone who is a 5'4" woman (avg for women in the US is 5'3"), this bike is comfortable if I only wear my thicker sneakers. Lightweight fast bikes, with solid crossbars, like this need to be made for the shorter average woman in general. I also swapped out the handlebars for a narrower version as my shoulders are not as wide as a man's.
Ok so the bike is great, but ...
Ok so the bike is great. But i need new disc brakes and they use their own proprietary brake pads. So i ordered them on the site. Now we are 20 days later and it is still out of stock. I do everything with my bike, so not being able to use it is very inconvenient.

AVOID - Warranty process is a joke and an illegal practice in EU
I bought a C11 Pro a little over a year ago and the motor has completely failed now at ~3000km.
It started with a slight grinding noise under load mid September. 22-09 I created a warranty case. 24-09 they responded saying they didn't receive my video. I sent it again, and on 28-09 got a response acting as if they couldn't hear from my video what it was (it couldn't be more clear the noise was coming from the motor). I replied saying I was surprised they couldn't hear it. They then replied on 29-09 claiming it's the spokes (this obviously doesn't help customer satisfaction) - apparently they could now suddenly identify from my video it's the spokes. I immediately checked my spokes and replied stating clearly the evidence is 100% clear and the sound is coming from the motor. I also stated I do not accept only a motor replacement but need a proper warranty solution fitting Dutch and EU law - you cannot require a customer to perform an extensive repair, it has to be a simple end-user repair. They replied on 30-09 that they arranged a complete rear wheel (including motor, spokes and rim) and that once shipped it would be delivered within 13 working days, but when it would be shipped was completely unclear.
In the meantime the noise kept getting worse - at one point it was so loud it was genuinely painful to listen to while riding. Shortly after, the motor stopped working completely and started throwing error code E6. The bike is now fully out of service.
Since 30-9 there has been complete radio silence, so I sent a reminder on 05-10 requiring an update and shipping indication, again emphasizing I am only willing to do a simple end-user repair and do not accept using specialist tools or arranging a repair shop myself. I'm still waiting for a reply to this. I honestly have very low hope for a good resolution and will also file a case with the ACM in the Netherlands and the ECC. Even if I manage to get the wheel replaced - how long will it stay reliable?
A few other quality issues I've noticed with the Fiido build: cables touch the frame when steering, causing the paint to fade. Rust on screws etc. happens extremely fast - clearly they've saved money on materials. I own a 40 year old bike that's been kept in worse conditions and it's less rusty than this one.
Looking at other reviews here my motor failure seems to be a pattern - so beware if you own a C11 Pro, and if you're thinking about buying one - don't. 1000 EUR for an e-bike might sound cheap, but with this track record it's actually a bad deal. They clearly save costs on aftercare and quality checks and have sketchy operations in Europe.

fiido is terrible. Do not buy anything from them.
I have been trying to resolve the issue with my defective bike for two months. After my patience finally ran out, I demanded a full refund. the situation is getting even more absurd.
After my previous review, the problem has still not been resolved. On the contrary, the situation has become even more absurd.
Fiido is now asking me to disassemble the bike myself, purchase a suitable box, pack the bike and prepare it for return. At the same time, they cannot even provide a specific date for when the bike will be collected from me. No clear deadline, no concrete information about the carrier, and no information about when the return will actually be arranged.
Perhaps the most absurd part is this: Fiido sent me a link to a website where I can buy a suitable bicycle box myself.
So apparently they know exactly where a suitable box can be purchased. Yet for three weeks, they did absolutely nothing to solve this problem themselves. For three weeks, they claimed that they did not have a suitable box to ship the bike, and now they simply send me a link and expect me to solve the problem myself.
If you know where such a box can be purchased, why couldn't you order it yourselves three weeks ago and send me the bike you promised?
This is no longer just poor organisation. It shows a complete lack of responsibility towards the customer.
Fiido is also based in China. After this experience, I now understand how difficult it can be to resolve a serious problem when the seller is located in another country. You are dealing with a company on the other side of the world, and instead of receiving a real solution, you get endless promises, delays and new conditions.
At this point, it feels as though the company is doing everything possible to avoid actually solving the problem and to shift as much responsibility as possible onto the customer.
I have now been trying for almost two months to get a simple solution to a defective bicycle. Every time, instead of a concrete solution, I receive another delay, another promise or another problem.
This is my last experience with Fiido.
After everything that has happened, I will never order anything from Fiido again. In fact, this experience has convinced me not to buy products directly from China in the future, because when something goes seriously wrong, you can apparently be left completely on your own.
If you are considering buying a Fiido bicycle, think very carefully about what will happen if something goes wrong with your bike after the purchase.

I ordered a Fiido bike in June 2026
I ordered a Fiido bike in June 2026. The first delivery failed, so I paid an additional €50 for re-delivery. The second delivery also never reached me.
After weeks of delays, I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. On September 2, Fiido confirmed in writing that a refund of €507.39 had been registered.
It is now October. I still have neither the bicycle nor the money.
Fiido repeatedly says that the refund was processed, but despite several requests they have provided no transaction number, no ARN/RRN, no bank confirmation and no other verifiable proof that the refund was actually made.
I have now had to open a chargeback through my bank.
I have never experienced anything like this with an online retailer. After months without the product, without the refund and without any verifiable proof that the refund was processed, I would strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious.
I will update this review if and when the full refund is actually credited to my account.

Fiido customer service not helping at all
Fiido took my money and shipped my bike using the wrong shipping method, causing the carrier to return it to the seller. I’ve been trying to get the bike or a refund for three weeks now, but Fiido’s customer service hasn’t replied to me in a week and refuses to help.

Saved!
My T2 broke down just a week after I bought it. I was hugely disappointed and very worried about the kind of support I might get. Fortunately, customer service was easy to reach by both phone and email. All the necessary spare parts arrived within a reasonable timeframe, and now the problem is sorted out. Phew! Thanks to them.
Very good bikes VS price and the best…
Very good bikes VS price and the best part is the customer service!
Easy going, helpful and ready to assist in any way.
URGENT WARNING!
WARNING! This company is a total mess and has the worst costumer & aftersales service I have encountered in my entire life time. This happens on purpose to "drain" peoples nerves out so they don't have to take back products (in my case a bike which was not functioning from the beginning) and pay back the money. For more than 2 months I try to give it back - I have already a file of 60+ mails back and forth - and they are not helping in solving the problem but drag it along. Therefore I will now proceed and put this whole transaction onto a lawyer since they are strictly and openly acting against the required European Laws for online shopping. If by chance anyone of Fiido reads this: please help to sort out #DE202665652.

Fast delivery, but a faulty battery and missing chain guard
We bought the C11 on a friend’s recommendation and appreciated the fast delivery. Unfortunately, the battery won’t charge, even with a charger confirmed to work with another C11 battery. The promised chain guard was also missing.
We emailed customer support and called several times. We were hung up on twice, and the person we finally spoke to didn’t seem to understand the situation.
We now have a new bike we can’t use as intended. We simply want a working replacement battery and the promised chain guard.
