The mastering service is done right, every time. You will NOT find higher quality mastering at a better price. These people have been mastering my music for over a decade and I have never had a single issue. I'm so impressed with he level of care and expertise every time.

Communication was excellent, with concerns and questions answered regarding ways in which I could receive the quantity I needed to keep me within my budget.

Their product is always great, but I had to take away one star for not following my shipping directions. I told them when I ordered that some of the CD's were going to the distributor, but that didn't happen. Also, they used to be meticulous about organizing groups of 15 CD's in the box, making them very easy to count. My box had many different amounts grouped together, so I'd have to say they're getting sloppy in the shipping department.

Great at understanding and following directions. Rapid response and quick to make adjustments. Creative in color schemes, shapes, content, etc…

Jeff is always helpful and very quick - getting back to me with answers the day I send him an email. Recently he helped track down a package that was sent to the other side of the country because of a mistake by the shipping company. We will definitely use Disc Makers in the future.

I have used Disc Makers 4 times. I heard they were the best and my studio and musician friends were spot on. This is a solid choice. They completely understand what I want. The communication is 5 star. I’ve used their mastering service 3 times and my last record I mastered myself and used their tune up option. It came out great.
