0 STARS — Absolutely terrible experience.

I paid $160 for funeral flowers and placed my order at 10:00 AM for same-day delivery. These were flowers for a funeral, so this was something extremely important and time-sensitive.

I contacted daFlores multiple times throughout the day because I was concerned about the delivery. I was repeatedly told to wait until 7:00 PM. So I waited. And waited.

The flowers NEVER arrived.

I cannot believe that after paying $160, I was left waiting all day for flowers that never showed up. This wasn't a birthday or a casual gift—these were funeral flowers, and missing the delivery completely defeats the purpose of the order.

Now I am also waiting for my refund, and I still have not received proper confirmation that it is actually being processed.

This company took my money, made me wait all day, failed to deliver the flowers, and left me having to deal with a refund afterward—all during an already difficult time.

Absolutely terrible service. I would NOT recommend daFlores, especially for a funeral or any important occasion where you need to know your flowers will actually arrive.

I needed to get some flowers delivered to a friend in another country. I found DaFlores online, the arrangements were beautiful, the website easy to navigate. I ordered around 2 in the morning, the flowers delivered On Time, and my Friend was absolutely in Love with the Flowers. For a couple of weeks she was able to enjoy th he fragrance of flowers. I was extremely pleased with the quality and service. I will, for sure, use this service again. 100% satisfied.

I have ordered many times from them in the past with no problems, and just ordered again for a birthday gift, they cancelled the order and wanted me to call to verify my order, now the gift is late and they treat me like i have never ordered. I will never use them again, they lost a good customer.

I did an order on march 21 st to be delivered on the 22nd. All fine but they didn't delivered the order for an Wedding Anniversary. I did follow up with them since the morning and all answers were to wait and wait. Now they said, I need to wait between 24 to 72 hrs for an answer.

Sent two orders of flowers that were not delivered due to incompetence. Will never use this service again. Huge red flag people!!!

Have been using them for years from overseas as the purchasing process is straight forward and the artistry evident. They are expensive but still affordable. However, if your order is not delivered or is delivered incomplete (without any extra items you may have added) good luck getting a timely response, store credit or a refund.

The service was excellent, and the roses were fresh and beautiful. My girlfriend in Bogota loved the flowers.

Don’t use them. They take your money and don’t deliver.

All customer services say is that they are looking into your case and never provide any evidence of proof of delivery as they know there isn’t any.

I have asked to raise a complaint and for a refund and they don’t respond with anything but “we’re looking into your case”.

Don’t waste your time ordering flowers with them

Ordered from US for a delivery in the DR. To insure proper delivery, I had multiple calls, emails, and even a whatsapp message come through...on THIS day, I was receiving company. MY delay on replies, were both not an issue and received with a thank you (I had feared an order cancellation). Unbelievable customer service from multiple folks, the flower recipient was thrilled, and I shall order again!!!
