Very fast from order to delivery. Tyres seem ok.

So far so good. Customer service is nice and helpful. Delivery in time, happy about the quality and price!

Relatively quick delivery, good selection of products. I bought tires here before and I will in the future.

I am pretty satisfied with the tyres. Good value for money and convenient and on time delivery.

Tyres were great but the delivery was terrible. One of four tyres arrived at the installer one day, I went to collect one more from Post Nord, they said the other two would arrive the next day and that they would keep them, but hey delivered without notification. Change your delivery service, it’s awful!

Very bad costumer service for mi opinion, I have been trying to return a package and had been very hard to do it. Very little help received. Not easy to return stuff. 😕 not happy at all

I ordered 4 tyres. 2x2 with different dimension between front and rear. I got 4 of same dimensions delivered. Meaning 2 of them had wrong dimensions. I was asked to return the 2 which I did. I asked them to send 2 correct tyres and they said no. I had to re-order and pay again. Which I did. I got the 2 tyres from the last order. For the 2 returned tyres I was told that they will return the funds as soon as they got them. I contacted them first on 16th april to inform them about the incorrect delivery. They have received both of the tyres I returned. I can see that from the transportation companys tracking app (PostNord), confirming that tyres was received. Still no funds from them. Is this really how you conduct your business? Is this how you treat customers? Why am I punished for your incompetence? You sent the wrong product, you have them now and still refuse to refund me? Why?!
To dackleader.se, do the right thing. Give my money back and I will update this review and say that you corrected your mistake!

UPDATE 2026-07-23:
I have received the usual standard reply here on trustpilot from dackleader.se that my errand will be prioritized. They did the same thing last time, 3 months has passed since then and still no progress. I will update this review every week until you refund me!

They claim that tires are in stock and will be delivered the next day, they register a shipment with DHL the next day but then nothing happens for three days. When asked they claim this is normal and their policy says that website claims are not considered binding. They are right but it's also not very customer friendly. Two stars for actually answering my emails promptly though, and one more since I have high hopes that my tires will actually arrive after all.

Its 2 things. There’s always issues with the delivery. And even this time the tires were manufactured almost a year ago. There should be a rule for your suppliers not be being able to deliver tires older then 6 months.

Ordered 4 tiers, 2 arrived. After 30 days the last 2 tiers were judged to be lost. Now 60 days later no refund paid but I get a steady flow of different forms to fill out, current count is 4. Each new form with a request to go to the shop that was supposed to receive and mount the tiers and get them to sign certifications that they have not received the tiers. Tracking show that they are not close to that shop, one it not even in the same county. I did get the shop to sigh one from but then a few weeks later there came a new...
I'm not sure if their processes are this bad or if it is scam to never pay any refunds for lost goods.

I made the order of two Falken tyres on May 13 2026, and have not yet recieved the tyres here in Sweden.
Now it is May 28 and one of the tyres is according to tracking information still in Spain, not shipped. The other tyre has been sitting in Netherlands for nearly two weeks.
I have ordered stuff from other countries for over 10 years and this is the first time this has happened. Having said that. Dackleader are not very good at communication. It's not good.
Hoping to recieve my tyres someday.
Dackleader claim 4-5 shipping days.

Ordered 2 tyres. One arrived after 3-4 days. Very well! The other one didnt! After a week it showed they didn't have the tyre. I requested to return also the other tyre since both should be same type. The money for the lost tyre was returned swiftly, but for the returned tyre took 1 month, two emails and one phone call before they realized to payback the money.

Be careful. The defect on the tires may not be visible to the naked eye. . Vibrations and shocks during use. Balance checked in three tire service centers. They come up with everything to discourage you from getting your money back. You're left alone with it. No more shopping in this store.

Can only be a scam, ordered tyres a month ago, no order number, just took the money. Tried to contact via WhatsApp and email, 4 days later not a reply. Buyer beware
