Great company

Great company to work for with good people across all departments.

We had the roof of our large Edwardian cleaned this morning and are very satisfied. Clean CCS came on time. John and Brandon were very courteous and efficient. The technology they used was very impressive, especially the cherry picker. They finished in about four hours and left the roof and sides of the house and patio beautifully clean.
We strongly recommend the company.

Never work here! Management is really bad, they promise things and then dey don't give it. That's why I quot after a week. I have never get a pay slip. I've been asking for it for months and still don't get it.

There is no way to move up.
The training is so simple and not educational, it's embarrassing.
If stores complain it goes to the Area Manager, who at my branche just quit out of nowhere. They tell you to do stuff with heavy machine while you have no training whatsover. If they need you, you can work overtime and fill in the gaps but if you would ask for 2 hours more, you can't because you have a contract of mayb 6 or 10 hours. It's ridiculous. There is no feedback, checklist, nor did they hire competent people. People cannot speak English or the native language which makes communication very hard. They hire lazy people, so if you are new, all eyes are on you. My advice? Do not work here. It's not a place where you can learn or grow.

They suck! They made alot of promises but never kept them and lie straight to your face! I was promise room for growth and that was a lie. I'm still making $12 a hour after 2 plus years while new employees making $15 and up. I feel discriminated. I have over 10 plus years experience and I even told them that and they didn't seem to care. Everyone ether don't work or do a half ass job and I always get yell at it for it. Hard work never pays off. Being a drug addict does. They favorite the lazy. They pay the lazy people 200 dollars each to write fake reviews to make there company look good. They offer me 50 dollars if I can write something positive about them on indeed to get more people to join the team because they desperate. They need hard workers so lazy people can be more lazy. Of course I decline offer and I knew indeed will reject this negative review why I wrote it here and that's why they offering a $500 dollar sign on bonus now but you won't get it all till your 90 days. All employees smoke weed. You can always smell it. They don't drug test. They expect you clean a building with 3 plus floors over 400 plus cubicles and over 300 plus rooms and 12 plus bathrooms on your own. It's crazy why I left. No pto or holiday pays. Only way you get pay holidays if you work. In which you should otherwise you get behind and and to do 3 times the amount of work. People are very dirty. It's worse then cleaning schools. They will leave stuff all over the floors, walls, etc and over fill trash. Some office people will even throw poop up the ceiling. Very childish and disgusting and so is this job. Don't work here unless you you appreciate getting lie to. This job is no life even though you only work 5 hours a day. Not enough hours to finish everything on your own. If you don't finish they threathen to suspend you but they won't because they need hard workers like you so they don't have to make there favorites who smoke with them to do the job or they don't have to do it and they barely have any cleaning supplies. All we use and get is alcohol and 40 small paper towel sheets to whip everything with. You gotta be careful not to run out. Once you run out supervisor won't give you more because he doesn't feel like driving that far office get some if they have any and vacuum always breaks. You have no choice but to hand pick everything then which takes a very long time. Especially if it's alot. They have no brooms and lazy workers hides bottles and other cleaning products or take it home. What's the point in hiding stuff or stealing stealing you not gonna use it but probably use it at home. As for mopping we use the same mop head we had for years. Never once changed it and for the bucket I had to use what I got. Ether just water or sometime water and some there hand soap they hand in bathroom that automatically shoots out soap and then fill it with water. They so cheap and everything in closet always so dis organize. Stuff everywhere even after you clean it. Everyday I come in it would always take me like 45 min to get everything out to get in and back it goes in. Puts me even more behind. Employees often stack boxes high to hide behind it or build a house to hide in it.
