Major issues with delivery
First TV we ordered arrived smashed to pieces, we were told to blame the delivery drivers however it's up to them to choose reputable delivery services that won't destroy things in transit.
The second TV arrived and it was the wrong type, make, and size panel. The poor fella who was delivering it for them had no clue, which leads me to believe that there wasn't a single person who bothered to check whether or not the correct television had been loaded.
We finally got the correct television delivered 5 days after the initial delivery. The reason I give two stars is that the customer service was very good, and they did attempt to sort the problem quickly. They also delivered on a Sunday so that we wouldn't be waiting an extra day.
