Unfortunately I gave this company multiple tries, but I will no longer shop there.
I ordered one item on the 17th of August and the 3rd of September I wrote to them to cancel the order as it was still not even sent. It’s not the first time that it takes forever for delivery, but this time it was too much.
Also, no matter what language you write to them, they only reply in Swedish. It’s really hard to have a conversation with them.

Waiting over 8 weeks to get one piece. The customer support service is very slow and they just keep updating me that they are preparing my order and that it comes from a different store.

Kundeservice skriver:

“regret to inform you that we had a stock balance error on one of the products on your order and will not be able to deliver 2 Tires to you, only 1.”

Og så annulleres min ordre. Ikke noget med at vi kan tilbyde dig et alternativ til samme pris. Eller venter du to uger så er det på lager igen.

Nej nej sådan gør man ikke hos bilester.

Ordered a Batavus Senz Exclusive, it had a wheel misalignment problem... asked them to fix it, was told to get it to a bike shop and repair it, if it was the case that it needed it.

The bike shop repaired it and they quickly refunded me the amount. Super good service if you ask me!

DK: Meget dårlig oplevelse. Cyklen blev leveret med ødelagt emballage og en knækket skærm. Jeg nægtede modtagelse, og DHL returnerede varen samme dag. Bikester har modtaget cyklen retur, men har stadig ikke refunderet beløbet, trods tydelig tracking og dokumentation. Kundeservice trak sagen i langdrag uden reel opdatering. Kan ikke anbefales.

ENG: Very poor experience. The bike was delivered with broken packaging and a damaged mud guard. I refused the delivery and DHL returned the item the same day. Bikester received the bike back but has still not issued a refund, despite clear tracking and documentation. Customer service kept delaying with vague replies. Not recommended.

I paid a bill through Klarna and bought a bike part from Bikester DK. I closed my Klarna account after 5 minutes. The next day I got a lot of email from different payment companies. I'm sure they sell my information to others. I will never use Klarna and bikester for using Klarna.
bikester have to use visa/ master card.

I bought the active trick 2022 mtb and the pedal and crank arm was really bad so it fell off the first time I rode it. so we messaged Bikester and asked for a new crank arm and a new set of pedals. They messaged back and told me I mounted it wrong, even though a lot of other people had the same problem and the quality was totally of, don’t recommend.

Excellent customer support and a smooth experience. My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the fast response and clear communication. Highly recommended!

They bought the Bikester that went bankrupt.
But they don’t help the previous costumers.

So they what the name but not the old costumers..

Attention, please. Crime
The police have been informed about Bikester.

Money is being withdrawn from my account without my orders being fulfilled. There is no customer service or telephone number available for inquiries. Bikester you must return all the money you have stolen from customers.

Not getting refund at all. The response from customer service is always standard.

The warehouse has received the return package for more than 14 days. The return process has still not been started. I have never seen a store like this.

I have to take legal action against the company as they are infringing on the consumer laws. Do NOT buy anything from their shop.

It was easy to make the purchase on the homepage. A good variety of both payment and delivery options. The product description was great in details and made it easier to make the choice.

Ordered some stuff long ago and I almost thought it would never come since they are now under insolvency administration. But it did eventually come 🥳

I have made 3 complaints about the same product
But they haven't replied back. Now they have deleted all my previous order
So their customer service is zero stars from here
