Holy things are ordinary things perceived in their true light, that is, as bearers of the divine mysteries and glory to us- Thomas Howard

I never know what I think about something until I sit down and write about it. Over the past few years, I have explored questions of identity, gender, and faith. But I still have a lot of questions. Reimagining what it means to be made in the image of God and seeing how God has woven types and shadows throughout the Bible to illustrate the story of his covenant love for his people has been the lifeline I have clung to. I have been interested in the places where heaven and earth overlap now, our telos as created beings made in the divine image, and how all of this plays out in the church and beyond.

This project seeks to further explore these questions of faith and identity and find meaning in the ordinary. Part life update, part thought journal, part resource library, that's what I hope to continue to discover in this space and what I invite you to discover along with me.
