Okaimono Proxy Avis

I had a great experience with Okaimono Proxy from start to finish.

The communication and customer service were excellent throughout the whole process. They were very transparent at every stage, keeping me informed and sending photos of the package and the item along the way, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

They answered all my questions patiently and kindly, and everything was handled exactly as explained. There were absolutely no problems at any point, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

I am very happy with the service and I would have no hesitation in using Okaimono Proxy again in the future. I would definitely trust them with another purchase.

Thank you very much for all your help!

Excellent Proxy Buying Service – Highly Recommended!

I recently used Okaimono Proxy to purchase two vintage Sony Hi-Fi systems from different sellers on Leboncoin in France.

As an international collector of vintage audio equipment based in the UAE, purchasing from French sellers can sometimes be challenging, particularly when dealing with payment, communication and domestic shipping arrangements.

The Okaimono team handled both purchases professionally, communicated with the sellers on my behalf and arranged delivery to my forwarding warehouse in France. Both items arrived safely and in good condition.

I particularly appreciated their clear communication, responsiveness, transparency and willingness to accommodate my specific purchasing requirements.

It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. I have used various international proxy buying services, and Okaimono has certainly earned my trust.

I look forward to using their services again for several upcoming purchases.

Highly recommended for international buyers looking for a reliable proxy shopping service in France!

I have used this wonderful proxy company on two occasions to purchase vintage rare collectible saxophones, and they have exceeded my expectations in every single way! My many thanks for all the efforts shown past present and to many more in the future! They are simply the best!

Gute Zusammenarbeit,
die Firma hält sich an Absprachen, pünktlich, nett, vertrauenswürdig.
Immer wieder.
Würde gerne 10 Sterne geben,

If you’re looking for a company that takes advantage of their customers, this is the perfect company for you! They expect their customers to pay 1.5 times the purchase price just to have something forwarded to another country, which takes minimal effort. After gouging you on their forwarding fee, they expect you to pay another 5% in credit card fees. I’d avoid this company at all costs. Definitely look elsewhere, which will more than likely be WAY cheaper.

Absolutely wonderful proxy experience, one of, if not the best I've ever used! I found the collector's box I had been on the hunt for going on 2 years being sold on a French marketplace and as I couldn't purchase it myself, I contacted Okaimono after seeing their great reviews.

They purchased my item right away once payment was settled and always answered my questions and concerns promptly and professionally and sometimes outside of their business hours.

They also provided additional pictures on request once the item arrived at their warehouse and shipped extremely quickly! Shipping took little time at all and was packaged amazingly, I really can't thank them enough! Highly recommended if you need anything from France!!

I am very appreciated that you could handle the Shopee which is out of your direct market country.
It would not be able to get rare items in my country without your professionalized support.
It will bring me a good chance to sell ever unseen items in our market.

I am so thankful to Okaimono as I had no ability to purchase the item I was looking for without going through the proxy. They replied fast, and so I was able to buy the rare item I had found. They let me confirm that the item was what I was looking for, and then shipped it and it came very fast. Very trustworthy and reliable and I appreciate it so much.

Okaimono Proxy provided excellent service to make my purchase happen. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service! Always reply promptly and extremely kind and professional responses. Okaimono handles larger quantity orders for me with such great speed and efficiency. Couldn't recommend them more. My parcel arrived in Australia in record time.

I had a great experience with Okaimono Proxy. I found their information from a Google search so I was nervous, but they were responsive, informative and so polite. My package was forwarded from France to the USA with no issues, and I was given updates at every stage. I would 100% recommend this organization!

Absolutely amazing experience and customer service. Bought an item from Germany to Australia and shipping took only 1 week!!! The email admin was also very kind and helpful throughout the entire process (as it was my first time using this company). Very prompt with replies (usually responded within the same hour of emailing!?!), will definitely be buying through them again soon :)

I have approached Okaimono Proxy twice now to buy hobby items from the online French marketplace, and both times have been an extremely smooth experience! Their communication is extremely prompt and their prices are very reasonable.

In my opinion, this company provides perfect service to it's customers. From the first moment of contact, I received polite and fast answers to my questions.
Also in the evening!
And the costs for the provided services are clearly mentioned beforehand.
Okaimono Proxy is the solution when a seller (from for example France) won't ship to a specific country or is not willing to accept a payment by banktransfer.
They make sure that everything is arranged with the seller on your behalf.
I am very satisfied.

I had a wonderful experience with Okaimono from start to finish. I wanted to place an order with a French company and throughout the process Okaimono were professional, communicative and made the overall experience so easy and stress free. Looking forward to working with you again!

I was very pleased with the service. I ordered two articles of clothing from France and throughout the process Okaimono was very responsive. The shipping process was very smooth. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I live in Spain and I had an excellent experience with Okaimono Proxy. Their response was incredibly fast and the communication was always clear and friendly. They even contacted the seller on Leboncoin (France) several times until she finally sent the item I wanted, and they also offered to look for it in another store just in case. I had tried other proxy services before, but they took a long time to reply. With Okaimono Proxy everything was smooth and efficient. I truly recommend them and I’m very grateful for their help!

I have never used such a service before, but it is something that competing companies cannot do. Neither the market leaders nor the other well known French companies whose names are associated with the service, they are just stealing your time... They are all amateurs irritating and do not understand the problem solving, except for Okaimono! No one can provide such service with the speed and efficiency of customer service like Okaimono, all the rest should get out of the market.
Greetings buddy, the Lebocoin package is on its way to me, thanks to you!

The only reliable proxy shipping service out of France I've been able to find. Can't recommend them enough!

As always I’m a bit skeptical at first when it comes to proxy services, but this was the most amazing one I’ve used. They were kind, responded promptly with professionalism.

I ordered off of the French site leboncoin thanks to them, and it was a very smooth process. They even reached out to the seller for me to forward my requests to them. 10/10 and will be purchasing again.
