Proxyprintery Avis 

The last 2 orders were a completely frustrating mess and i will never order again. First order: Some of my friends and me gathered up for around 1000 cards. It took quite a while and when the cards arrived we noticed that each single backside was wrong. Customer support was more than poor. Card quality was okayish btw. Second order: I got an email with informing me about a drastic price increase but also saying 'in the next 7 days you can order for the old price by using the following code'. So i prepared a bigger order again, hoping the last time was an unfortunate exception. At checkout the code i got in the mail did not work. So i reached out to the support. I will try to keep it short here: They messed up their timing and sent the mails late, so the code expired already within the 7 days. But instead of offering any kind of help (or even be polite) they told me i should have known about their mess up because they posted something on their discord server and if i would not want to pay their prices i should order somewhere else, in a quite rude way. To be clear, i was criticizing their communication and did not lose a word on the pricing.

Manche Karten sind von der Farbgebung und Qualität so unterirdisch, da offensichtlich falsches Bildmaterial herangezogen wird, trotz Moxfield Link. Im Bestellprozess war alles noch ok soweit, jedoch werden im Nachgang die Bilder billigst überarbeitet und unter Anderem "Scharfgestellt", dass die Bilder bei alten Karten zB. OG Dual Lands sehr vom Original abweichen. Nach einer Support Anfrage zur Nachbesserung hat man mir einfach die gleichen Karten wieder gesendet und verweigert nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme eine korrekte Nachbesserung. Ich habe schon oft dort bestellt und eine gute Stange Geld dort gelassen, aber nie wieder!!!

4 Wochen nach der Bestellung habe ich mich nach der Lieferung erkundigt. Hier wurde ich auf interen Probleme hingewiesen und meine Bestellung aber in den nächsten Tagen geliefert wird. Nach nun 6 Wochen habe ich nochmal nachgefragt und einen Screenshot Sendungsverfolgung (als zugestellt) erhalten mit der Info ich solle halt mal suchen gehen. Mittlerweile sind 7 Wochen um, ich habe 2 verschiedene Zustelltermine in unterschiedlichen Monaten erhalten umd erneut die Aufforderung beim Nachbarn zu suchen.

A new company masquerading under proxy printerys name. None of these positive reviews mean anything and the business itself is a disaster right now. Orders aren't being fulfilled, occasionally producing counterfeits instead of proxys, misreprenting themselves repeatedly, awful, awful, terrible business run by shockingly incompetent clowns. A mockery of the name they're trying to use, which was staffed by good people.

Currently trying to resolve a situation where they've stolen from me, and I'm not the only one.

Lange Lieferzeit, widersprüchliche Kommunikation und viele offene Fragen

Ich habe Anfang August bestellt und warte inzwischen seit über 7 Wochen auf meine Bestellung. Zunächst wurde die Verzögerung mit fehlenden Übersetzungen bzw. Kartendaten erklärt. Später hieß es, die Bestellung sei gedruckt und schließlich sogar definitiv versendet worden. Ein konkretes Versanddatum oder eine Trackingnummer konnte mir trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage bisher nicht genannt werden.

Dazu kommen widersprüchliche Aussagen zwischen Support und Discord. Während der Support weiterhin von technischen Problemen spricht und keine Trackingnummer nennen kann, wurde im Discord vom ProxyPrintery-Account erklärt, dass Tracking und Druckinformationen seit Anfang der Woche wieder normal funktionieren würden.

Im Discord wurde außerdem öffentlich ein Eigentümerwechsel der Website bestätigt. Auf die Frage, was mit den Kundendaten passiert, wurde erklärt, dass diese weiterhin für denselben Service genutzt und nicht separat verkauft oder für andere Zwecke verwendet würden. Gleichzeitig wurde dort mitgeteilt, dass ProxyPrintery inzwischen keine deutsche Website mehr sei und sich die Informationen aufgrund einer Übergangsphase noch nicht vollständig aktualisiert hätten.

Ein Betreiberwechsel ist für mich grundsätzlich kein Problem. Ich würde mir aber gerade in so einer Situation klare Informationen darüber wünschen, wer aktuell hinter dem Unternehmen steht und wer für bestehende Kunden und deren Daten verantwortlich ist.

Auch der Umgang mit kritischen Fragen im Discord hat mich enttäuscht. Teilweise wurde sehr defensiv reagiert, unter anderem mit der Aussage „Glaub, was du willst 👍“.

Ich hoffe weiterhin, dass meine Bestellung noch ankommt. Die Qualität der Produkte kann ich daher momentan nicht bewerten. Meine bisherige Erfahrung mit Lieferzeit, Kommunikation, Transparenz und Kundenumgang ist allerdings enttäuschend.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung und für mich definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich warte inzwischen seit über einem Monat auf das eigentlich bestellte Produkt. Geliefert wurden bisher lediglich die beiliegenden Gifts und Sticker. Das Deck selbst fehlt weiterhin.

Besonders frustrierend ist der Support. Meine Nachrichten werden teilweise mehrfach nicht beantwortet oder ich erhalte immer wieder dieselbe Antwort, dass die Bestellung laut Tracking bereits zugestellt worden sei. Dabei bezieht sich der Support ständig auf die Sendungsnummer der bereits angekommenen Gifts und Sticker und ignoriert offenbar, dass das eigentliche Produkt in dieser Lieferung überhaupt nicht enthalten war.

Ich habe inzwischen mehrfach ausführlich erklärt, was genau fehlt. Trotzdem wirkt es so, als würde bei jeder neuen Antwort der bisherige Verlauf des Support Tickets nicht gelesen. Dadurch befindet man sich in einer endlosen Schleife aus nichtssagenden Standardantworten und dem immer gleichen Hinweis auf eine Sendungsnummer, die das Problem überhaupt nicht löst.

Zusätzlich ist das Unternehmen kaum erreichbar. Eine direkte E Mail Adresse oder Telefonnummer konnte ich nicht finden und auch über Instagram habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.

Nach über einem Monat Wartezeit, mehreren Kontaktversuchen und weiterhin fehlender Ware kann ich den Shop aktuell leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe selbst bereits bei ProxyPrintery bestellt und war mit dem eigentlichen Produkt grundsätzlich zufrieden. Was dort aktuell allerdings passiert, finde ich als Kunde äußerst bedenklich.

Seit Wochen häufen sich auf dem offiziellen Discord Beschwerden über stark verzögerte Bestellungen, teilweise über mehrere Wochen. Dazu kommen Probleme mit Kundenkonten, Login-Fehler, nicht funktionierende bzw. unbeantwortete Support-Tickets und immer wieder nicht eingehaltene Aussagen zu Versand und Tracking.

Besonders unverständlich finde ich, dass auf der Website weiterhin mit kurzen Bearbeitungszeiten und 24/7-Support auf Discord geworben wird, während die tatsächliche Kommunikation momentan offensichtlich massive Probleme hat.

Dazu kommt für mich eine völlig unklare Unternehmenskommunikation. Meine eigene Zahlung bei ProxyPrintery lief im Juli noch über die PokeCustoms GmbH. Gleichzeitig ist inzwischen nicht mehr transparent erkennbar, welche Gesellschaft tatsächlich hinter ProxyPrintery steht bzw. Vertragspartner ist.

Dass es bei einer größeren Umstellung oder hohem Bestellaufkommen zu Problemen kommen kann, kann ich nachvollziehen. Was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann, ist, Kunden wochenlang weitgehend im Dunkeln zu lassen und gleichzeitig nach außen weiterhin den Eindruck eines normalen Betriebs zu vermitteln.

Hier wäre dringend eine offizielle, transparente Stellungnahme nötig: Was ist passiert? Wie groß ist der Rückstand? Welche realistischen Bearbeitungszeiten gelten aktuell? Und wer ist überhaupt der aktuelle Betreiber bzw. Vertragspartner?

Solange diese Fragen nicht vernünftig beantwortet werden und die Kommunikation so weiterläuft, kann ich ProxyPrintery aktuell leider nicht empfehlen.

Honest Review of Proxyprintery
I've placed two large orders with Proxyprintery in the last two months, totalling 4,000+ cards, so I have plenty of experience with proxy retailers. Unfortunately, my experience has been increasingly disappointing.

Quality ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The print quality is genuinely good: clear text, good colour and decent card thickness. However, I've noticed slight peeling on some cards, something I haven't experienced with other high-quality proxies. It's minor once sleeved, but still a noticeable step down from MPCfill and some other sellers.

Postage & Communication ⭐⭐
This has been poor. My first order took over 10 days to receive any update, despite repeatedly contacting the company. I eventually had to track down an administrator through Discord after the website became unavailable. Tracking was also unreliable, which is particularly concerning when you've paid €500+ for an order.

Professionalism ⭐⭐
Having to download Discord and hunt down an administrator to find out where a €500+ order is doesn't inspire confidence. The website has repeatedly gone offline, and the .com and .app sites don't always appear to show the same information. At the time of writing, the website is down again, so I can't even check my order.
And honestly, forcing customers to navigate a Discord server full of people complaining about not being able to view their NSFW anime cards isn't exactly the professional first impression I'd expect from a retailer.

Price ⭐⭐
This is the real dealbreaker.
Price was originally the reason I chose Proxyprintery over MPCfill. They were significantly cheaper, making the less polished experience worthwhile. Unfortunately, they've now nearly doubled the price of their standard paper cards.
My previous 1,728-card order cost €506. Under the new pricing, the exact same order would cost approximately €972. That's an increase of over 90%.
At that price, they're roughly comparable to MPCfill, sometimes more expensive, while offering what I consider slightly lower quality and a considerably less reassuring customer experience. The previous free random-deck incentives also appear to have disappeared, further reducing the value.

Conclusion
At the old prices, I was happy to recommend Proxyprintery despite its shortcomings. The cards are good, and I've received thousands of usable proxies from them.
At the new prices, however, I simply cannot justify using them anymore. If I'm paying MPCfill money, I'd rather use MPCfill.
For anyone considering a large order, compare the current prices carefully before buying. Proxyprintery used to offer excellent value. After this price increase, I don't believe they do.
I'll be returning to MPCfill for our group's monthly orders.

The pricing policy is quite obscure. In addition to a recent increase that has changed both the cost of the single card (the price has practically doubled) also the shipping policies have only changed (before with orders over 50 euros they were free, now you need 100). In addition, social channels indicate a single card price of 0.29. On the site there is talk of 0.56, but omitting that you need a minimum order > 500 cards. I can't find a clear page that explains the costs, even opening a ticket to the assistance the answers are vague, and I've been trying for days. I'm very sorry because the service at the previous prices was very competitive, now maybe it's only convenient with huge volumes

The massive price increase is very disappointing. I have ordered once from them and while the delivery was slow the quality was quite good. I was happy to support a European company but doubling the price is just too much. A proxy deck should not cost 75.

Very expensive. Was ~0,30 cent per card if you order a lot. Which was kind of nice.

Now ~0,56 cent per card. This is not the proxy should cost.

Very long waiting time. I needed the card fix, so I ordered there as I assumed it would be fix from Germany but other are more faster and deliver from a much more distant.

I am a little bit disappointed. As my project which is why I needed the cards is now struggling.

Massive price increase, completely takes away the 'cheap option' for MTG cards.

I would be fine with 50€ for a deck but 75€ for the cheapest option is just too much.

Yes, i understand that stuff gets more expensive but here is a price increase thats more then double that, what they wanted 1-2 years ago.

Major price increase: Recent price hikes completely undermine their value proposition. MPC provides noticeably better print quality for the same price or less.

Pros:
- Excellent, intuitive order-builder app. The best I've seen so far.
- Good print quality for casual play.
- Nice packaging

Cons:
- ~2-week processing and shipping time.
- Occasional off-center cuts.

Mixed feelings about this company. At first, I was happy to find a Europe-based MTG proxy company with competitive prices. However, printing, packaging, and shipping took 11 days (Germany to Germany), which was slower than I expected. The quality is good, but not exceptional. Now they've almost doubled their prices, which makes them far less competitive compared to alternatives like makeplayingcards.com.

I also had a very poor customer service experience: I was sent a voucher code via email to get the old prices for one more week, but the code failed when I tried to apply it. Customer service apologized, explaining that the email had been delayed by their own system and that the voucher had already expired. No compensation or working code was offered — just a brief apology for the "misunderstanding." To this day, I still don't know when the code actually expired, or whether it ever worked at all.

I Ordered Cards at 04th of August. Until this day (14th of August) the Stagus is still in printing. I contactwd the support and they gave a standardized answer that its normla for a big bulk of cards to need 1-2 days extra. Im the discord they state that it needs 4-5 days until its on your door step (quote from Wiz) 10 days is too much and they didnt even send it. Also they raised the prices about almost 100%.

Great Service. Had a small issue with my Order but Support had it done in under 5 minutes. Cards also have a great quality.

The Quality is superb, the service has nothing left to wish for.

Just received my first order! Ordered a full commander deck with some additional holos and partials, and they all look amazing!

Once sleeved up, you couldn't tell the difference between them and the real deal :)

Bin sehr glücklich mit der Qualität der Karten. Der Druck ist klasse und auch das Standard Papier hat mich überzeugt. Wenn die Karte einmal im sleeve ist, merke ich keinen Unterschied zu den Originalen! Die Bestellung fand ich, nachdem ich mir dazu ein kurzes Video angesehen hatte, recht simpel. Zahlung und Abwicklung haben ebenfalls gut funktioniert. Die Bearbeitungdauer bis zum Versand war allerdings länger als auf der Webseite angegeben. Meine Karten wurden nach sieben Tagen verschickt. Das fand ich nicht weiter schlimm. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf.
