While preparing for the selection procedure for the KLM Flight Academy, I discovered V1 Training through social media. What immediately stood out to me was the fact that the program would be tailored to my personal needs and profile.

During the training, I mostly worked with Miguel, while Bob also helped during a simulation of the group assessment. The training really helped me understand how the selection procedure works and what to expect during the different individual rounds. On top of that, it gave me a lot of confidence, which was incredibly valuable.

If you want to spend more time focusing on aptitude tests rather than the HR interview, that's totally fine. Ik heb de training gevolgd voor de selectie van de KLMFA. Ze leggen alles duidelijk uit en je komt aan bij de selectie met meer vertrouwen en je weet wat je te wachten staat. De trainingen waren 1-op-1, wat het persoonlijk en effectief maakt. Ze nemen de tijd voor je en beantwoorden al je vragen.

I found V1 Training through a recommendation at Pilot Expo 2026 and worked mainly with Miguel, with support from Bob, while preparing for the DLR and Lufthansa Group Assessment for EFA.

What stood out was how personal the support felt. Miguel followed my progress closely, gave clear and reassuring advice whenever something unexpected came up, and both he and Bob were always willing to make time for last-minute interview practice or whatever needed work.

One of my friends and fellow students recommended V1 while I was applying for my first airline job. Flying for this airline has always been my dream, but I knew the selection process would be very challenging.

The first session was an introduction, which can be done either online or in person. After completing my flight training, I enrolled in the Airline Selection Program. The quality of the training was immense. It is the perfect bridge between finishing flight training and showing up well-prepared for an airline interview. Ik heb de coaching van Bob van V1 Training als professioneel en toegewijd ervaren. Bob weet waar hij het over heeft en doordat hij ook andere kandidaten coacht is hij op de hoogte van de laatste ins en outs, do's en dont's.
