A waste of money
A waste of money. They copy the State Department's online renewal form and charge $200. I thought this cost included the actual renewal fee. I didn't find out that wasn't the case until after I paid.

Great service from start to finish. I thought the extra charge to use for the service was a little pricey until I saw the quality of care and attention to detail. The white glove service and the fast turnaround was worth it.
