Really impressed.
Quality of shirt was good. But they come up small. Ordered different sizes for fit, and have contacted the company to arrange a return of those I’m not keeping - no response. They say they get back to you in 2 working days. It’s been a week now, and no doubt the return window will have closed by the time they get back to me.
EDIT: Following my review, and as per the response, Netmantos got back to me and arranged my refund. I’ve updated my review to a deserved 5 star.

Helen, a week without an answer, when we tell people to expect one within two working days, is on us, and you were right to call it out. Slow as it was, you were never going to be left without a reply. We've been in touch by email and your request is being sorted there. You made it on 20 September, well inside the return window, so the time we took doesn't count against you. Good to hear the quality held up, and for anyone reading, the standard range runs a little small, so if you're between sizes, go one up. - Sophie
