Cruise transportation
I took my family on a vacation to South Beach and then on a cruise. We booked three rides with this company one to South Beach, one to the cruise port and one to the airport after the cruise. The first two rides would have received five stars was very pleased with the service for the first two. However, the reason I leave only three stars is because of the final ride. The first two rides, the driver was dressed in suits very formal, which is what I expect. The last ride, the lady that picked us up showed up in sweatpants and a sweatshirt the car was not very clean. We received waters and phone chargers on the first two rides however, the last ride we were not offered either. Had to load our own luggage into the car. Advice is to definitely confirm what type of driver and car you will be receiving.
