The communication was excellent. My driver was punctual, attentive and courteous. He got me home on time and safely. It was wonderful to not have to deal with that traffic and the price was quite reasonable.

It arrived yesterday in good shape. My only concern is the number of times I was text to tell me that it would be there the next day and then it wouldn't and then later when it again didn't arrive as stated I was told it wouldn't be here until Aug 4th, and it arrived on the 1st. Otherwise all was great.

The materials arrived much sooner than expected. The book and patterns were great. The yarn was fine, but not as soft as I expected.

Everything on the site was great, except one. The sale that was being promoted said that the purse cost $19, but I was charged $25. I really wanted the purse and $25 is not a bad price if the purse is as good as you claim, but I did feel as though I was being lied to.
