We came for an appointment having sent several emails and telephone calls over the last month or so regarding my requirements for a dress for my daughter’s wedding.

We arrived, after an early morning flight to find the store literally had one dress in my size to offer me and not the dress I was interested in or any remotely like it. I would also point out the dresses I was offered to try were all clicked and not imperfect sale order.

Having flown from Portugal, via Edinburgh, my daughter had flown in from NYC we were extremely upset.

This situation could have been explained to me before my wasted trip and to be perfectly honest it is not what or how Rosa Clara should operate and treat its customers.

What a completely horrible experience waste of thousands of pounds, and to be treated with such contempt with a take it or leave it couldn’t care less attitude was really beyond the pale .. would not recommend.

I really wish I had read the reviews already posted as this poor level of service seems to be on par for the Rosa Clara store in London

Scam website .. took my money without authorisation don’t know how they did it … pose as official website for Canada visas please do not use

We always use mid stay parking and find it easy access to airport .. travelling 8/10 times per year… only problem is over half the times the ticket/ booking always gets confused on airport system and when we leave face astronomical charges.. last time £780, always have to press the help button to get resolved which it always is but gets quite frustrating.

If I could give this company a negative review I would.

I received an email from this company and clicked on the link.. this gave me a discount on the lenses I wanted.

On payment they took the un discounted price, nearly £50 more and they refused to refund me offering only a credit.. I won’t deal with this company ever again even though I have used them for years this is shoddy practice.

I am now having to return the items to get a full refund… avoid at all costs

So...first order and thought I'd just buy one dress to give the site a go.A gorgeous green velvet dress arrived and I couldn't be more impressed true to size (8)fitted in all the right place and such excellent quality I was quite taken a back. The dress was £10 !! Excellent .....seen a few more items I think I'll give it another go
