Placed one order, was asked to send payment to a different bank account under the name SEA CAT LLC, and conveniently, maybe that is why this business owner is on here claiming he has no record of payments or transactions from everyone leaving negative reviews. The products they are selling are counterfeits from aliexpress. Order at your own risk. I sent funds, and within 24 hours I was locked out of their site with it sayin I no longer had the credentials to enter and no emails were being returned. I filed a claim with my bank and 2 weeks later counterfeit products arrived at my business. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. You will receive either counterfeits or nothing at all so my advice is to stay far away. Pretty soon they will change their name and operate under a new one so do your due diligence when finding distributors to work with.

Amazon doesn't accept thier invoices as they are not authorised to sell any brand.

My name is Abdul Polani, owner of Polanis International LLC. I am posting this review to warn other businesses about my experience with Grand Distribution LLC.

Our company paid $2,600 for inventory. After receiving the payment, they delayed the order for months and repeatedly avoided providing clear answers or a proper resolution.

We were also provided with separate bank details under the name Sea Cat LLC for the wire transfer. After the payment was made, communication became extremely difficult, and we were repeatedly given excuses instead of receiving the inventory or a satisfactory resolution.

The person I dealt with is Indian, and in my personal experience, the conduct of this business has been consistent with what I believe was a scam/fraudulent transaction. I am sharing this based on my own transaction and the documentation I have available, not simply making an accusation without evidence.

When I posted negative feedback about my experience, I also received messages that I considered threatening and inappropriate. Instead of resolving the $2,600 dispute, they attempted to make us remove or reconsider our feedback.

I have retained invoices, payment records, bank/wire-transfer information, correspondence, shipping records, and copies of the messages. I am willing to provide the complete evidence to Trustpilot and any relevant consumer protection or investigative agency so they can independently verify what happened.

If Trustpilot or any other relevant agency wants to investigate this matter, please reach out to me. I will provide the complete records supporting my claims.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that businesses conduct extensive due diligence before sending money to Grand Distribution LLC or making payments using the bank details provided to us.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Payment Taken, Inventory Never Received

I strongly recommend that potential customers do their due diligence before dealing with this company.

We paid this company for inventory, but the goods were never successfully delivered to us. The tracking provided showed an address issue from the beginning, and the shipment was ultimately returned to the sender. Despite having our contact information, they never contacted us to resolve the delivery issue.

Instead of taking responsibility and providing a refund, they shifted the blame onto us and refused to properly resolve the situation.

What is even more concerning is their response when we raised the issue. Rather than professionally addressing the missing inventory and refund request, they sent us an extremely abusive and discriminatory message, including insulting comments about Pakistani people and their “mindset” and “blood.”

We have all the relevant documentation, including payment records, tracking information, correspondence, and their messages. Anyone considering doing business with this company should carefully review their own experience and complaints before sending money.

We paid for inventory. We did not receive the inventory. We requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, we received insults and discriminatory comments.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution.

This Distributor is the total scammed avoid this i have proof of everything you can contact me on my email for any proofs or emails which we have sent to them so many times they won't respond you after taking payment they will not response you!!!!

So Update on my review, this brand actually made and attempt to get trust pilot to remove my review calling it bogus and fake where trust pilot had removed my review and asked me to provide documentation proof which i did, so my review is live again thanks to trust pilot this distribution is someone from india who made fake Company FAKE EVERYTHING EVEN ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFO IS VOIP, sad part is that you cant do anything cuz he's indian sitting in INDIA scamming people from all over the world.

It was my bad luck that I choose Grand Distribution LLC for my first order. Before ordering I should more research about them. They deleted my account from there website. Also email not delivered.
