Do you ever feel like daily life has become overwhelming—like your emotional state is spilling into your physical body through anxiety, insomnia, tension, or persistent “dis-ease”? I understand that experience deeply. We all carry life’s stresses as thoughts, emotions, and energy, and for many of us, it eventually shows up in our bodies.

I’m Laura Dunworth—Certified Yoga Teacher, Soma Breath Instructor, Holistic Health Coach, Energy & Sound Healer, and long-time educator. I’ve been teaching since 1992, and I’m also the creator of Vitality Life Online, a holistic wellness app that offers yoga, breath work, meditation, sound healing, tapping, and self-care tools for adults and children. In addition, I’m the author of the Breathe Easy book series—books for kids, parents, and teachers that teach simple calming techniques to support emotional regulation and daily resilience.

My journey into healing began after the death of my younger brother in 1997. The grief was profound, and I began to notice how my emotional pain was manifesting as physical tension, disrupted sleep, digestive issues and chronic stress. That loss became the catalyst that led me to explore yoga, meditation, breath work, energy healing, and sound healing. Over time, these practices helped me reconnect with my body, calm my mind, and rebuild my spirit.

Today, my mission is to be your personal advocate for healing. I help individuals, families, and private and corporate groups discover practical, accessible ways to de-stress, create balance, and make self-care a priority.

I work with people who experience stress, anxiety, insomnia, emotional overwhelm, and a wide range of physical or energetic imbalances. My role is to create a safe, compassionate environment where you can slow down, tune in, and begin transforming your life from the inside out.
