Returns the values stored at several storage slots of a contract address in a single call
- Inspect a contract's mapping or array layout across several keys at once
- Batch-verify storage values as part of state-diff or audit tooling
- Not part of the standard Ethereum JSON-RPC specification; support varies by node/provider
- Requires an archive node to read storage at historical blocks
