Geraldine Wall

As always the clothing was delivered on time and was true to size and a good quality.

The mug looks as expected which is what you want! Arrived safely.

I had to have the fall alert removed as it was too sensitive but the company were helpful and supportive. The personal alarm gives me peace of mind in the house and garden in case I need help.

My book arrived promptly in excellent condition. The choice of books is very extensive. It’s a good feeling to help recycling, too.

The books were in good condition and arrived in a few days. Very pleased with WOB as always! The prices are excellent. Good to know books are being passed on and not just sitting around.

Book in good condition delivered quickly.

I had a Duo+ lift installed November 2025 and have been very pleased with it. The installers and engineers were fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. However, before purchasing I advise you to enquire about the cost and terms of the Extended Warranty for service and repair after installation which is a high extra expense I was not informed about before the lift was installed.

Fast delivery, good fit, attractive design - just what I wanted!

I bought the sealing tape for an exterior job which had a narrow gap between tiles which needed filling and am very pleased with it. High tack, easy to use.

Snapfish always gives excellent service and quality products.

An unusual cardigan, thick and warm with decorative design that makes it special. Only disadvantage is that it must be hand-washed only.

The installer was prompt, thoughtful about where to place the key safe and friendly.

Great summer raincoat! As always the fit is true to size and it’s a pretty colour for the season. Very waterproof and lightweight without being flimsy.

Friendly efficient delivery of garden plants which arrived on time and in excellent condition.

The salvia arrived in good condition with moist compost. It’s growing well!

The cardigan was to size, as Roman clothes always are in my experience, and of a good quality. Pleased!

The card was just what I wanted although I did find some of the personalising techniques a bit tricky, for example I couldn’t always find the stickers option when I wanted it.
