The only thing I didnt like was that the back straps were too short and the carrying case was a bit small and I had to cut a slit on one side.

Ik wilde het apparaat, de VL1, retourneren, omdat de zuurstofinstelling voor mij niet goed was. De afgifte zou voor mij te hoog zijn en dus gevaarlijk; dit aldus de longverpleegkundigspecialist.
Ik verzocht het aftersalesteam donderdag 8-10-2026 om het retouradres.
Tot op heden 12-10-2026 geen enkele reactie van het aftersalesteam ontvangen.
Het lijkt een beetje naar oplichting te gaan.

I have 3 units from them. I love them all . Their customer service is top notch and they have always helped me when I needed anything.

I purchased the pportable Varon unit first and it worked so well that when my husbands home base unit quit, I chose Varon to replace it with. The home unit is quite and provides the air support that he needs so desperately. Thank you Varon for your high quality products.

The unit will not work for me - I have called, sent emails, and attempted to return the unit - no reply.
I finally disputed the charge to my credit card to get credit from them.

I have purchased Varon Oxygen equipment on several occasions and know them to be reliable and affordable... I decided to replace a medicare leased oxygen concentrator with the Varon VP Lite... I was pleasantly surprised how light and easily carried this machine is, even when compared to the Inogen G5... I highly recommend Varon concentrators because they are reliable and affordable... I have used Varon for several years ...

Update on this company:

The order from the shopify link still shows: we are preparing to ship your products - a month after paying.

Then they say 2 days we will ship and update the details, then nothing.

Then they say will refund, as you can guess, nothing.

If any of you are in the same predicament as I am, don't worry. If you have purchased with your credit card, just call your bank and ask for a chargeback from your visa/mastercard. Tell them you have bought from a merchant that has not delivered on its products / promises. You will get your money back.

Hope this will help some of you get your money back for products not delivered.

Seit 2 Jahren nutze ich Ihr Gerät VH1 als Sauerstoffgerät.
Jetzt habe ich die Abdeckschraube für den Atomizer verloren und benötige dafür Ersatz um ihn wieder schließen zu können.
Ohne diese Schraube ist die Sauerstoffunktion nicht mehr richtig möglich.
Varon Deutschland beantwortet meine Anfrage sehr schnell, ist jedoch nicht in der Lage ein Erstazteil (Schraube) zu liefern.
Diese Schraube kostet max. 10 Cent und maxcht das 300 Euro Gerät untauglich.

Ich betrachte eine solche Konfiguration eines, medizinisch wichtigen Gerätes, als unzureichend bzw. mangelhaft . Es stellte sich auch heraus, dass Varon die Geräte nicht herstellt.

The product is fantastic and exactly what we needed. However, the shipping took a while even though I paid for expedited shipping. It still took 14 days to receive.

With the concentrador o can’t travel by airplane.

Terrible customer service. I tried to order replacement filters and caps on line but both of my credit cards were declined. I called customer service and they advised that parts can only be ordered on line and to call my bank to authorize accepting the charges. BS, I have never had to call my bank to accept charges. Apparently a untrustworthy company.

The system was exactly what was expected. The only caveat is in ordering accessories for the unit. We seemed to have misplaced the battery charging adapter cable for the VP-6, so I ordered 2 additional ones. We have yet to receive it and its been over 3 weeks ago ( It was promised within 10 working days) !! Could someone please follow up on this order to see where it went to? Thank You Michael Guilmette

The unit was not strong enough for my needs. They guarantee return. I emailed to say I wanted to send it back. No problem. Shipping address is in China. It would cost more to ship it back then the unit itself. After writing the review Varon reached out and sent me a Ca address which I can now return the unit.

I bought the VH-2 Pro to give me 93% @ 2l which it does admirably. However it has 2 MAJOR issues. First the carry slot is extremely hard to use because it is not over the center of gravity and hurts your knuckles. Why not just put on a strategically positioned handle. Are you afraid how it looks over usability? Second the capacity of the water tank is beyond ridiculously insufficient. I am at a loss to understand why anyone would do this? Do you really think people will get up at night every 3 hours to refill it. GIANT FAIL.

The official VARON Warranty Page states a 1-year limited warranty. While the policy notes that "accessories are excluded," a rechargeable battery required to operate a portable medical device is a core component, not a consumer accessory. Furthermore, a "1-month" limitation is not disclosed anywhere for the battery.

Ordered a concentrator that didn't meet my needs. Varon offered an exchange to an upgrade of what I had. Excellent experience and great service. Will definitely do business with them in the future. Thank you Varon

Very supportive and delivery was excellent.The only thing is I noticed is when you have it set at 4 for the flow the percentage reads 35 percent but I’m still figuring things out on the machine and seeing how long the battery will go till it dies
