I NEVER SIGNED UP TO A SUBSCRIPTION AND THESE BASTARDS TOOK MONEY ILLEGALLY OFF MY CARD AND CLAIMED THEY WOULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER THAT I DID NOT PLACE AS IT HAD BEEN SENT TO THEN RECEIVE A PACKAGE WITH ILLEGAL ADDRESS INFORMATION DATED AFTER THEY CLAIMED THEY COULDNT CANCEL. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS WHO I HAVE PASSED ON TO SCAM WATCH, THE POLICE REGARDING MY CREDIT CARD AND DODGY NOT TRACKING ADDRESS LABEL AND ACCC. SCAMMING ROTTEN BASTARDS

When I received them, they were all stuck together, couldn't separate them, please cancel any further orders

You were to ship me 6packs and only sent 5. Have contacted you twice with e-mail and never was contacted back . I ordered 3 packs twice at 54.99 on two different accounts and got one package with 5 packs. Also has nothing on how or when it should be taken. Very poor service.

I got them and been taking them every day and I won't know my A1C until my next doctors visit.

Sent me more product with out asking and charging my account need to stop sending with out my consent

I have not had my sugar checked as yet this will be completed in the next month. I can report that my blood pressure is averaging 168/27 for the month I’ve been taking the gels, my Dr is amazed as I have open heart surgery 6 years ago and have struggled to maintain good blood pressure, it must be the gels I’ve taken nothing else and have not changed anything different

Reading the reviews about them on Trust Pilot, mine is the exact same, taking your money for repeat orders, that you don't want. I have sent them numerous emails to cancel and they have not replied

I made ONE order with a couple of free bottles. Suddenly I have TWO duplicate orders, each charged to my credit card. With no response to my multiple email messages to correct this

Don’t buy once you do they keep taking your money and no way to cancel

SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!!! Absolutely typical scammers, I bought once and carefully ordered as a one off and paid more to try the product first, And now see they have scammed my credit card and taken money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CONPANY

Have been using this for one month, no results, nothing has changed. Then this morning they have leeched another payment from my bank for their Snake Oil. They are making huge money ripping people off. Don't be gullible like me and get sucked in.

I ordered one delivery. I then received two more packages which I was charged for. I contacted Resia, asking them not to send me any more. I have just received another package costing another $76.93. I believe they are scammers. Don’t get sucked in.

I ordered once to try and they scooped up my credit card number, charged me multiple times and kept sending product. I wasn’t even in the country. I did not subscribe or agree to them continuing to charge me. I literally only tried it a few times before I left and now have ridiculous number of packages waiting at home for me.

Doesn’t matter if it’s good or not - company cannot be trusted.

said it was immediately shipped. The ad stated manufactured and shipped in the USA, USDA approved facility. A few hours later I get an email wanting me to manage my subscription. I emailed I don't have a subscription they assured me everything had been taken care of it was a one-time purchase. I said look I want to cancel the order. I don't want to be roped into anything. I was immediately told it had shipped. BS a couple of days later I get an email saying it's headed to customs in China. I said I don't accept supplements from China it was supposed to be made in the US. I got the same redundant email everybody else on here got. Since they said it had already shipped I asked for a return shipping address. This is all before it ever went to the customs counter. I ordered six packages. I told him I was going to return it as soon as it arrived.No way to return something you don't have. Went out of town for Labor Day, some guy showed up on my porch on the 6th with a tiny package about as big as his hand. No way they were six packages in that. He laid whatever he had in his hand down took a picture then bent over and picked it up and walked back to his car.
When I asked why it came from China they said they had warehouses everywhere. I said well send me some from the USA. My credit card showed it was charged to Wyoming and had a phone number to call. The phone number was not valid. When the shipping notification came from gofo hahaha guess what that means gofo yourself I imagine. I clicked the link to say nothing was delivered. The email was returned because it's a fake address. And so is the link for the phone number on their web page with a notification. There's no way to access your resa account if a subscription does arise. All I can do is cancel my credit card . They hide behind tryresia. Makes it almost impossible to find them.

Was charged USD after payment.
Automatically put me on subscription.
No way of cancelling subscription.
Denied me returning an unopened package.

I made an order with Resia a few weeks ago for a 90 day supply. This was a buy two get one free offer. I never told them that I want recurrent shipments made. Three weeks after my initial 90 day purchase Resia tried to make another order and debited my credit card at which time I canceled the credit card. It is hard to get money back from these people and they place you in a recurring order system without your knowledge. Do not recommend this company. Also, they didn’t let me know that my shipment was coming in from China. It took over three weeks to get my first order after they mailed it. Just beware.

The company advertised 300 gel caps in the bag. What I received was 30 gel caps.
The excuse was that the 30 gel caps are more concentrated.
But with the 300 gel caps you have 100 doses. With the 30 gel caps you only have 30 doses. The math and their explanation does not compute.
They did a bait and switch. They send you what you did not order.

1. Who actually owns Resia?
This is one of my biggest concerns.
The domain tryresia.com was registered on December 23, 2025, so the website is only about eight months old. The registrant is hidden behind privacy protection. Being privacy-protected is not evidence of wrongdoing by itself, but it means the public domain record doesn't tell us who actually operates the company.
More importantly, I could not establish a meaningful public corporate identity behind the brand. Resia's official contact-information page provides only an email address. I found no physical business address, corporate registration name, management team, founders, phone number or headquarters listed there. Their Terms say disputes are governed by the jurisdiction where Resia is "headquartered"—without telling the customer where that headquarters actually is.
There's another oddity: the main site uses a dot com email address but another uses a G-Mail address.
That isn't something I'd expect from a mature supplement business claiming hundreds of thousands of customers.
2. Their customer-number claims don't add up neatly
Resia's homepage currently says:
"200,000+ happy customers."
But the same website also contains:
"50K+ Happy Customers."
Meanwhile one Resia product page claims 635 customer reviews, with 615 supposedly five-star. Another current Resia product-page variant displays a review area saying "Be the first to write a review."
That doesn't automatically mean the reviews are fabricated—different product templates or URLs could explain part of it—but it makes the website's social-proof numbers difficult to rely on.
The site also calls the product the "#1 Choice For Doctors & Practitioners", but I found no accompanying survey, professional organisation, physician endorsement study or other evidence establishing that ranking.
3. Independent customer reviews are much less impressive
As of August 26, 2026, Trustpilot shows only 7 reviews and a 3.0/5 TrustScore.
Of those reviews:
57% are 1-star, while 29% are 5-star. Complaints include unwanted or unexpected recurring subscriptions, difficulty cancelling, refusal of refunds, non-delivery and poor results. There are also positive reviewers who say they were happy with the supplement, so the evidence is not entirely negative.
The sample size is tiny, so I wouldn't use seven reviews alone to condemn a company.
But the nature of the complaints matters because they match weaknesses I found in Resia's own policies.
Their Shopify Shop listing has considerably better feedback—about 4.3/5 from 120 ratings in the result I found—although it also contains complaints about slow delivery, unusual-looking softgels and lack of noticeable results.
So the reputation picture is mixed rather than conclusively fraudulent.
4. The refund guarantee is a major concern
This is probably the biggest red flag on the website.
The product sales page promises a:
90-Day Guarantee
and says you can return packages "even if they're empty" for a full refund, with "No questions asked. No hassles. No hoops to jump through."
But Resia's formal Refund Policy says something substantially different.
It calls it a 30-Day Return Policy, says opened products cannot normally be returned, then offers a separate 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for opened products. That guarantee is restricted to the first order, one refund per household, and requires a request within 30 days of delivery.

I give 1 star only because I cannot give 0. My experience is more or less exactly like the review from Scott W below.
I placed an order for buy 2 get 1free and discovered shortly after that I had unwittingly signed up for a repeating order with recurring subscription. I then e-mailed immediately within a hour of placing the order stating I wanted to cancel my order. Over a day later I received the exact same reply as Scott got, Said my order had been processed and shipped. I do not believe that. I would never ever deal with this company again.
