Just use ChatGPT or literally any other MLM. Expensive and extremely slow and almost impossible to remove your credit card info from your account. Very sleazy company.

Avoid Runable. I felt scammed, and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I paid Runable $300, asked for a refund four minutes later, and was refused because 21 of my 300,000 credits had been used. That is about 2 cents. Once a single credit from a top-up is used, Runable will not refund any of it.

I signed up on 8 October 2026 to buy the Max annual plan using the offer Runable publishes in the Claude for Startups program (code: runwithclaude): 50% off all Max plans, $300 of free Grow credits, valid for all users.

The promo code was rejected with "This code is valid, but doesn't apply to items in your order." I bought a $5 plan and then a $300 credit top-up, expecting a step where the code would apply. There wasn't one.

The support bot made it worse. Runable's automated support agent told me to enter the code under "Apply Coupon" at checkout, a step I never saw on my account. When I emailed asking for a refund, the bot replied with advice about cancelling a subscription, which I had not asked about. I asked for a human and waited about two hours for one. When I showed that person what the bot had told me, I was asked to ignore it because the agent "need to improvement". This is a company that sells AI agents to run your business.

Support then gave me three conditions that are not in the published offer: annual plans only, 50% off a $1,200 base price instead of the $840 shown on the site, and first-time users only. The published offer says none of this. The only option I was given was to pay another $300.

Runable's Terms and Privacy Policy do not name the company behind the product, and support could not tell me which legal entity I had paid. This is a product that asks for access to your Gmail, Drive and ad accounts.

I gave Runable a full day and a written deadline to fix this. They did not. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with your money, your promo codes or your data. Spend your budget somewhere else.

terrible experience with customer service . the ai admitted the mistake and i went to customer service for a refund or more credits and I was totaly ignored. stayed on the chat for up to an hour.

Impossible to delete your account and data. No delete button available and no response on their chat and emails. This is against the Dutch law.

7-10-26: still no response unfortunately

Runable is a very good platform for completing everyday tasks. It provides a vast range of features to choose from at a minimal price. Really a helpful application for me.

Horrible website scams people. DO NOT USE
