Adax is a Danish design brand founded in Copenhagen in 1982 by Eugen Silfen, built on a strong passion for creativity, curiosity, and uncompromising quality. From the very beginning, the vision was clear: to create bags of a higher standard than what was available on the market. With only a small personal savings as starting capital, this vision marked the beginning of what has grown into an internationally recognized brand. Today, Adax remains a family-owned company driven by the same core values that shaped its foundation. Each year, two collections are developed by Eugen Silfen and the design team, combining Scandinavian aesthetics with functionality, durability, and contemporary trends. The result is a range of timeless bags and accessories designed to be used and appreciated for years - across seasons and generations. Adax offers a versatile universe for quality-conscious and confident women and men who value elegant, functional design. The collections include everything from everyday bags and work essentials to travel pieces and styles suited for special occasions. As an added touch, all leather bags come with a leather care booklet and a protective dust bag to help extend the product’s lifespan. In recent years, Adax has collaborated with well-known Scandinavian designers and creatives, including Stine Goya, Soulland, Carin Wester, and Freya Dalsjø, further strengthening its design profile. Today, Adax is among Northern Europe’s leading bag brands. Products are available through the official Danish webshop, international online platforms, and more than 500 physical retailers across Scandinavia and Germany—making Adax accessible to customers worldwide.Se mere
