Dear reader,

I don’t write to impress anyone. I write because certain memories refuse to stay quiet. Because some feelings only make sense once they hit the page. Because a moment from Sarajevo in 2006 can collide with a moment in America in 2025 and suddenly both start talking to each other again. And because humor keeps me alive, even when the story shouldn’t be funny at all.

This space is where I put the things I don’t say out loud—the strange, honest, unpolished pieces. The poems that arrive uninvited. The stories that drag old ghosts back into the room. The scenes I once thought belonged to someone else, until I finally admitted they were mine.

America Is Hollywood is a collection of stories, poems, and reflections shaped by migration, longing, faith, and the absurd beauty of being human. I write in a voice caught between two languages and two worlds, mixing fiction with memory until the line disappears. If you want writing that’s raw, textured, and willing to dig where it hurts, you’re in the right place.

I write because I have to. You read because something here calls you. Follow that. And if you ever want to support the work, you can always buy me a Coffee :)
