This newsletter is an extension of my love for recipe development and recipe testing, which centers mostly around pan dulce and sweet doughs. Sometimes I like to surprise with an occasional cake or cookie recipe.
During the week, I work as a library administrative assistant (who sometimes lurks down the aisles to catch photos of beautifully sunlit book collections).
