Promised pickup 7 am to 11 am. Arrived at 1 pm and then needed to get another truck. Wasted the day.

Losing a whole day waiting on a pickup is a real frustration, and the swap to a second truck shouldn't have been needed. A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly about the scheduling breakdown.
