I sent flowers to my sister for her October 6th birthday, age 82. They were wilted and collapsed when she received them. Several of the buds were destroyed and fell off. If this happens this time when I'm sending flowers to my daughter-in-law, I will not longer use your service. I have been a loyal customer for close to 20 years, and rely upon the quality of your products and services.
