Two can play this game. It is clear that the employee (s) of US Prime Shipping LLC are leaving false 5 star reviews in order to boost their average and appear legitimate. They took a review and used the guy’s name and the specific (and true) accusations in the review to craft their own and discredit the actual consumer review of a bad experience. They are a scam business, and they are manipulating TrustPilot with scam reviews.
Go on Reddit or Yelp if you want the honest truth! At the time of writing this, everyone on those platforms has the same bad experience. Let’s see if a 5 star review pops up there now. Your move, US Prime Shipping LLC!

All of the reviews online are true. This is a bait and switch scam. We had a car pickup scheduled with them for a Monday, and I and my fiance called beforehand several times to verify the information because of the negative reviews. They delayed the pickup several times on Monday before saying that it wouldn’t be until Tuesday. So on Tuesday, after more delays, we got the call we were expecting - it was a photo of a broken down truck, and the broker “Ken Morris” told us that he had found another driver, but for 1100 upon delivery, when we were originally supposed to pay 300 upon delivery.
He told me that the negative reviews online were left by competitors trying to ruin them, that they’ve had to ask for $25 more in the past but all of the reviewers were exaggerating and saying it was more.
Do not use this company. If you have a pickup scheduled with this company, cancel it now. They will use part of your deposit for the “cancellation fee”, but I promise you, it’s better to just lose the deposit and get them out of your hair and get a legitimate company than you have your moving plans messed up at the last minute.
If he tries to tell you that the competition left these reviews, tell him I sent you!
