I came upon bikecomponents.ca while trying to find very specific brakes for my bike, prior to my trip to Whistler. Paul went above and beyond to get me my parts and sent them to me quickly. He even sorted out an inventory issue with the Hope distributor that could explain why I was unable to find those brakes anywhere. Furthermore, to make sure I would get them in time to install them for my trip, he sent me the front rotors of another color (black) while putting the order in for the blue one, free of charge. Exceptional communication and service, I wholeheartedly recommend this store!
