Barf

Made phone reservation for a wedding, got the special wedding party rate, gave them my credit card and address info.
Didn't get an email confirmation, nothing on their 'check reservation' on the website either. Phoned back, found out they spelled my name and email address wrong. Got it all corrected and a promise to send me an email. Nothing.
Phoned the 800 number and did it all again. Confirmed correct spelling. Still no email, and nothing on the website. Had to phone the 800 number to get the hotel email address. Sent them an email so they'd get my name and email correct. Still nothing. Phoned the 800 number again, on hold forever I guess. Sloppy unprofessional idiot festival or is this a scam of some sort?
Lady tells me that the hotel confirmation number doesn't work on the website, it's a different number. got that new number, it doesn't work either. She tries it, it doesn't work. Maybe there's a third secret confirmation number!
Finally got an email confirmation! In fact two. Did they now double book me? I don't actually care if they did, I'm only using and paying for one.

Garbage. My Twitter account is clearly ghostbanned but it says it's clear.
Other testers show it banned.

Corrupt. A scam. No way of contacting them, phones go to a third party, emails are never answered. Liars and thieves.
