Review of Ammunition Depot
The CS representative was courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable and familiar with the processes to resolve my concern. The experience was positive and reflects well on him personally and on Ammunition Depot.
Review of SD Bullion
I have ordered from SD Bullion several times over the past year and have been pleased with each transaction. The selection, ease of navigation, and price are key factors in my rating. I have seen several ratings reference the time it takes for an order to be fulfilled being longer than they would like. My personal experience has been that the orders once accepted has a locked price, while it would be nice to receive my order immediately, I know it is coming and I will accrue any value increase that has occurred since my purchase. There has not been an occasion when I needed to contact customer service so I cannot speak to how well or poorly they perform their duties. As of January 31, 2026 I have been pleased with my experiences with SD Bullion. I hope yours are equally pleasant.
