Iliad is a total scam!

Iliad is a total scam!!

When I bought an Iliad SIM card I Naples airport, I informed the customer service representative that I needed it only for a 10‑day visit in Italy. .

I recently discovered that they continue to charge me every month, even though I have not used the SIM following my short visit to Italy. Their customer service refuse to reimburse me for the extra charges, and their web site doesn't provide means to stop the subscription, so I have to cancel my credit card now! Stay away!

Avoid Autovia!!!

At the rental desk, Autovia claimed an issue with my driver's license and made me pay an outrageous $400 for extra insurance. Once I paid the extra insurance, they let me rent the car in spite of the claimed "issue".

CLARIFICATION: I received the rental car once I paid the outrageous extra insurance fee, which proves my point that there was no real issue with my license.

Autovia customer service never came back to me following my complaint.

we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that an insurance coverage can never replace or validate the absence of a valid driver’s license or an international driving permit, when such documentation is legally required.

Our staff is legally obliged to verify that all documents presented are compliant and suitable for rental. If the license is not readable or not valid for driving in Italy, the rental agreement cannot be activated, regardless of any additional coverage purchased.
