Great! After suffering with TIM for a year I decided to swith to Illiad and didn't regret it. The prices always stay the same (with TIM there were many surprises), and human customer servise that is always helpful and professional. I would recommend it to anyone living in Italy

Horrible experience. They overcharged multiple months and I was not able to produce that I did not sign up for the services they credited to me. No customer service whatsoever. When you call the customer support line, most times you will get a bot. On rare occasions when a human answers, they don’t care about helping you at all. I switched to Iliad after a year of suffering through this and couldn’t be happier.
