It seems like it's a very poorly managed establishment. Needles to say, I will no longer be "investing" with them. I lost a decent amount due to a "promising" opportunity property, but ultimately foreclosed. Can only hope the other properties get me my principal back. Super glad I didn't invest anymore than I did. Never again.

We understand how frustrating it must feel when an investment doesn’t meet expectations, especially in a case like foreclosure. Real estate, like all types of investing, carries inherent risks, and while foreclosures are rare, they can still happen.
At addy, our goal is to make real estate investing accessible, allowing members to invest with no minimum amount in opportunities that are typically reserved for high-net-worth or institutional investors. We believe everyone should have the chance to build wealth through real estate, regardless of their starting point.
We also want to clarify that addy doesn’t make investment decisions or manage the properties ourselves — the due diligence and investment opportunity details are provided by the Issuer. Members always have full control over whether to invest, and how much they’d like to contribute.
If you ever decide to return, we’ll be here to support you with transparent information and a community that truly values learning and growing together.
Thank you again for your feedback — we’re listening and always looking to improve.
