Entire new kitchen order was wrong, many parts you have to pay for in advance and then return for refund only if full pack!
Bad service on assembly and left hanging for days.
Took days to try and resolve many issues.
Customer service in the Algarve has no teeth although after making a complaint in the official complaints book I received a voucher but it represented less than 5 percent of my spend! Therefore when I reclaimed the voucher it only costs IKEA THEIR net cost of goods so refund actually around 2percent of purchase.
My hours of time and visits to the store cost me far more. Mind you the customer service staff although having no power were always most polite.
