This is our third purchase from Reebelo. We had to return a laptop for warranty repair. It could not be fixed, and a refund was issued promptly. Customer support has been fantastic throughout the process. I ordered another laptop without hesitation. I can’t recommend Reebelo enough to anyone looking for reasonably priced electronics. Each of the items I have received has been delivered promptly and like new. They stand behind their products, making the small fee for extended warranty well worth the cost. I expected to pay shipping for the return, but they even covered that and provided a shipping label.

Bought this laptop so I could get mine back and stop listening to my hubby complain about mine. We use laptop to watch Netflix and the like on our big screen tv. Mine was quirky and the WiFi on it could be difficult to pair.

This laptop has been amazing. It corrected all the issues we had with mine. He likes it and is no longer griping every time we sit down to watch tv! Win-win! The computer looks brand new. Works like new as well. And I could not have found a better deal anywhere else. Thanks, Reebelo! I’m still recommending Reebelo to all friends and family as a great alternative to paying new prices for their electronics needs. This was my second purchase and won’t be the last.

Would have been 5 stars. The actual shopping was great. Plenty of options to choose from. Dropped a star because at checkout my taxes changed depending on which credit card I used. That made no sense. $1.00 difference in taxes. My address didn’t change. Why would tax be different? Other than that all was perfect.
