I've been waiting for a refund for almost a year and what they do is ask me if I want my refund and when I say yes they say to bad can't do it they keep doing this to me every couple weeks.

I booked and made a reservation in the days inn located in Dubuque Iowa and when I went to check using digital copies on my phone of my ID and payment method. The guy at the front desk said no! We don't accept digital copies! How could I have paid and reserved a room if my copies weren't valid.
He didn't work with me at all and told me to "shut up and leave immediately"!
No refund no compensation not even a apology!
The rudest most unprofessional hotel I've ever been to in my life! Do not stay there!

!!!!!Everything was going so well but now they reject my redemptions. iIT DOESN'T EVEN GO BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT THEY JUST KEEP IT AND SAY "OH WELL TO BAD" they start out good and fast redemption but then they don't pay you for achievements or they just don't show up. And when you do get enough they reject it and say it's your fault. Pardon my language but F%#$+ these guys for real. I wasted hours of my life just to get screwed over yet again. I could've been doing some worth more then what this app pays that's for sure. Absolutely a SCAM do not use speedcash at all!!!

Don't get me wrong ding ding ding is a fun site to play on. There's plenty of ways to earn extra sc to play with ie bingo, the pet farm, bonus store those are great. But now as to how much I've won I've been playing since they first launched. But I've only cashed out twice. That's it.

I won on mega bonanza months ago. I won over 3 grand. And when I wrote a review about them they responded with " message customer support and we will find a resolution" I sent a message and I quote" I was told to message you guys about finding a out of court resolution for my redemption" and they're reply was " do you have you're documents sent in yet?"
Like they didn't even read my message!! This casino has no clue what they are doing at all! I thought I was getting a resolution for my 3,000 dollars I won. But nope I get a waterhead retard that can't read or understand English.
I replied with " did you not read my message? I was told to message you guys about a put of court resolution".
That was yesterday morning 11-10-2024
It 11-11-2024 1am. And nothing yet.
They responded within minutes to my first message.
I have screenshots of me messaging there customer service agents and proof that they were lying to me. I spoke with like 5 different agents and each one was lying to me and telling me something different. Do not play on mega bonanza. It's run by a bunch of illiterate sand crabs hiding in someone's basement trying to get rich. And the good reviews I've seen ( all 3 of them lol) are probably paid actors. And I swear if mega bonanza replies to this with some dumb message our support staff bit. I'm going to make it my life's mission to bring this company down period!

The customer service agent I spoke with did not help my issue at all and he ended the chat in the middle of me explaining what was wrong and what I wanted fixed. I always have some kind of headache when it comes to my redemption with dingdingding. Something always needs verified or ain't working properly. And I'm pretty sure my cash redemption never actually got deposited in to my bank account. It never came .

I really like the 50 dollar minimum cash out. So many times on other social casinos sights that I've only reached 70 to 80 bucks and I keep playing to try to reach the 100 and I lose it all. But not with zula keep up the good work zula.

I love that you guys have the cheapest fish games I've been able to find. And I love 50 dollar minimum cashout. I know it means more work for you guys but that means you guys care about your players. Zula is one of the top sights I go to in my book. Keep up the good work.
The only thing I could suggest is maybe a way to earn SC on your sight by playing with the GC or maybe another way other the social media contest you guys do. Maybe have GC tournaments that let you win SC.

I've won more on pulsz then any other online social casino. The only things I wish were available were the slingo slots and make it a little easier or the option to add more then one bank account for the cash outs.
And maybe some more incentive \ rewards for your players. I've spent a lot \ and won a lot but I never get any free spins or some surprise loyalty money. Other then those I love pulsz. Absolutely magnificent!
