I ordered a wrong item, unfortunately, i broke it because the voltage was different. I contacted the assistance that re-send to me a new one for free. I really appreciate it. Obv the time is not so fast, it takes 2 weeks for italy, but its ok for me. I follow this guy on Instagram and I really like his shop. Obviously, it’s not his fault if the shippers are delayed or run into problems. He lives far away from me, I am super happy to wait and receive the articles that someelse tryed before. Fortuna che non si puo mettere 0. Prendo il treno da 7 anni. Tratta san felice sul panaro Bologna. NON C'E' UN GIORNO IN CUI IL TRENO STIA SOTTO AI 5 MINUTI DI RITARDO. Ogni giorni fa ritardo...ogni giorno a bologna parte già in ritardo. Situazione comica quando basterebbe cambiare gli orari..

Ci tengo a fare questa recensione poichè ho ordinato un bellissimo scaldatazza ( consiglio a tutti di cercarlo sul sito poichê è davvero molto bello e pratico) che mi è arrivato non funzionante e, appena ho scritto all'assistenza, me ne hanno subito inviato un altro! Per me possono capitare dei problemi ma bisogna saper rimediare, quindi una recensione con 5 stelle è piu che meritata !!! Grazie ancora!
