I have been charged $57.00 just for one transaction fee. This is outrageous. It is already hard enough to pay rent due to a rent increase and food. Now your institution is charging an unreasonable amount of money just to use services. This is not a good company. I'm not sure if this is fraudulent activity but it's not right. There was no indication that I would be charged $57 to use this service.

Thank you for your review! We charge service fees to cover the bank and payment networks' costs associated with payment processing. Please remember that Westland tenants are not charged a service fee if they make payments with their bank account, so if you change your payment method to your bank account it will be free!
