The worst Estate Agents I’ve ever known. There was very little communication unless I phoned them. Because my solicitor made phone calls to Turners my legal bill was higher than it should have been. Turners did not deserve the commission charged. Would not recommend them to anyone

We were surprised to read your review as we feel our service more than justified our fee. Firstly, we negotiated a sale at asking price after being on the market for just a few days, which was the highest sales price achieved for any comparable property in your road. Secondly, Wendy spent hours progressing the sale, and giving updates twice weekly, despite you hanging the phone up twice on her and clearly not appreciating her hard work. Selling properties is a two way relationship which requires us working together. Unfortunately your attitude throughout the process resulted in you being one of the most difficult vendors we've had to deal with.
