I only gave a star because If I don't do it
I can't write a review. I was charged 375kr for an international transfer I made which didn't go through and when I asked them, I was told because they had to findout why the transfer didn't go through. What is the purpose of charging people annual fees then? Are banks not there to provide services.

To start with i only gave a star because you can't write a review without giving a star.secondly I think all they do is aim at ripping people off. I got a parking ticket from them in area I was told I can park anywhere so far as I have a guest card parking permission. Their stupid reason is I parked in an area in the so call free parking area with a guest card reserve only for cars carrying goods despite being told I could park anywhere when I pressed them on that I was told it is written there in danish and when I inquired on how other non danish readers could know , their response was they don't know.besides their customer service staff's are disrespectful. If you get a ticket from them it CAN NEVER BE OVERTURNED.
