Yet again booking.com have me jumping through multiple hoops to try and get my money back, which I’m entitled too! I called my accountant whose first response was yes they are great at taking your money off you but make it nearly impossible to get it back! I said I take it you’ve had problems with them also to which he replied “I don’t know anyone who’s used them that hasn’t “ tells you all you need to know! DO NOT USE unless you want to loose your money and incur a whole load of hassle and time wasting trying to get it back!

Imp travel are a professional, caring and highly reputable agent who will endeavour to provide a first class service every time! Karen and the tall Imp owner are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty every time! Karen even stayed late to help me keeping the shop open well after 5pm until the booking was complete and my Barcelona flights were booked! Can’t recommend highly enough! No1 travel agent in Lincoln!

Shameful practice!!

Once again the booking.com shocking reputation goes before them once more! I booked an apartment in Barcelona only to be notified that the booking was cancelled without refund! Booking 6670000141. A regular scare tactic used by them to extract money by making customers think they’ve lost their money with no rights! I now have to wast my time going through the legal process and then rebook an apartment! I had them do this to me about 5 years ago when booking the leaonardo hotel in Southampton which I will also be taking legal action on! Booking.com have unlawfully awarded themselves an unjust enrichment fee of over £500 at my expense in the hope I won’t be a waste of my legal rights? Wrong! Id encourage anyone in my position to firstly ask for there money back then if not refunded go to their bank providing evidence of the request whereby the bank are legally obliged to refund your money!
